I've been a Brew Tea Co customer for a while now, and I genuinely can't fault them. The teas are all exceptional - thoughtfully made stuff that actually lives up to the branding. But what's really set them apart for me is the customer support. Every interaction has been responsive, engaged, and handled with real care. It's the kind of service that's increasingly rare, and it's turned me into a customer for life.

I had a delicious cup of tea from Fawns cafe (formerly Harts) in Boston Spa on the high street. They sell a selection of teas from Brew Tea Company. Good brew and lovely cafe. Staff are very friendly and everything is reasonably priced. Will definitely be back soon

This company produces the best teas on the market. I have been drinking Brew Teas for years, now I am buying them from their website as I could not find the large boxes in my supermarket anymore. I have recently tried the Chai Tea, it is such an awesome delicately spiced tea, I have been hooked on it since but still drinking the Breakfast brew, Earl Grey and now Chai too.
Please continue to produce your beautiful, fragrant and delicious teas, once you try, you never go back to any other!

Excellent tea, excellent customer service. I have nothing but high praise for this company. If you find the website a bit clunky, get in touch with them because you will get to speak to a real (lovely) person who will go out of their way to accommodate you. Other than a good product the staff are their USP. Delighted customer.

We have been buying the Earl Grey for years, however the quality is completely changed in the last 6 months . ..will not be ordering again. The tea bags seem to have less tea inside, testes weaker and is less aromatic. Shame as was our favourite for years. :(

I have been trying to purchase Breakfast Lemon Tea Bags without success. I called them today and the only option offered was to order direct and pay them£3.95 postage!!! Tad disappointed..... Would have thought, for a first time customer, they would have made more effort. Just sayin'

I had a bit of an issue with their website on my mobile phone so I ended up ringing them, which is a thing I generally avoid as I don’t like using the phone, but I’m glad I did. I immediately got through to a human being (Brian), not a machine, which is always impressive in this day and age. I explained the problem I had with my beloved teapot to him, and he was as helpful and kind and pleasant as anyone could possibly wish. Not only has he solved my problem, but he has given me such a good impression of this company that I shall be spending lots of money with them in the future. Well done Brian. Well done Brew tea company.

We absolutely love this tea and have been ordering it for a couple of years, but today my partner switched to another company, simply because of the Brew Tea website. He tried to order an additional item but the website is so slow and clunky that he finally lost patience with it. Such a shame.

I've ordered a good amount of tea from Brew Tea Co recently, and unfortunately they made a couple of small errors on my last order. However the customer services team were amazing and sent me the replacements the very next day. Great product and great team, and I will be ordering more tomorrow when I finally get paid!

Really pleased with my order. Super fast shipping, well packaged, and the tea itself is great. Plus I love their branding and aluminium boxes. Will be coming back.

Received breakfast tea bags as a gift. So disappointed by the lack of depth and flavour. Very wishy washy. Maybe I am missing something but other teas on the market have much more flavour.

Amazing! I love every little bit about this company. I bought The 'Loose Leaf In A Cup' Kit. The wrapping was a lovely surprise, everything is good quality, and the vanilla tea is so round and smooth.

For a start, this is the best tea I have ever tried - fail proof pot of joy - English Breakfast is perfection. Try it, you won't regret it! As for their customer care, it is unmatched. They are absolutely incredible, i'm not sure if it's a small or large team but they are fantastic. Spoken to a couple of people, one sorted a voucher issue immediately a while back and more recently, I asked for some advices on the teas and shoutout to Armin and Aideen. Armin went above and beyond to help me in any way possible. 10/10! x

Best tea on the market! We NEVER use tea bags now the leaves are so delicious and easy to use. The service is beyond exceptional. I contacted them as I couldn’t get the subscription part of the site to work. My query was answered immediately and my tea arrived first thing next morning. This company has got customer service and product spot on!

I ordered English breakfast loose leaf? makes a superb cuppa, strong flavour, it’s become a family favourite. The tea arrives beautifully packaged so makes a fantastic gift.

Great company, selling a brilliant product and delivering fantastic service.
All the black teas (English Breakfast, Earl Grey etc) are rolled whole leaves. Other named and supermarket brands appear to grind the tea leaves so that what you buy resembles "dust". Brew Tea's product is far superior and the resulting cuppa is better in all respects. The quality is consistent over time so you can rely on the same high quality from one delivery to the next. Its customer service is excellant: I ordered tea on Thursday lunchtime and the order was deliver 11.00 hours on Friday (next day). The company also operates a rewards scheme so you get credits against future purchases. Fantastic!
