Afon Conwy. Ordered the cowboy burger came with no crispy onions no jalapeños no gherkins and no coleslaw when i got up to mention it they sent them out when I'd finished my meal. Very lazy chef couldn't be bothered was heard from the kitchen.

Rubbish food served up. Six chips (2 of which were bruised and green) burger burnt brioche bun folded in half at bottom tasteless coleslaw along with cheap mayo and tomato sauce. Onions look like they’d been cup with a shovel. Horrible it was, and previous visits food has been fine. Very disappointing will not be going back and we’re loyalty card holders.

Visited Abergavenny branch for lunch , Alex took our order and served us and she was most polite, friendly and good served was lovely , tasty and fresh

Visited the Flagstaff, Ashby de la Zouch location for Christmas lunch (on Christmas day) with the family. Honestly the experience couldn't have been better. The service was good and the staff were very pleasant. Honestly much better than I would have been working on Christmas Day!
Given the season/day I thought the experience was good value.
The food was excellent and there were plenty of choices, and best of all no prep or washing up for me!

Friday 23/1/26 BF £5 meal deal - upgraded fish to haddock with chips and mushy peas for only £7.50 totally delicious, absolutely spot on 👌

Sunday 25/1/26 BF Bonus Club 50% discount gave us perfect Sunday roast carvery for only £12 for two adults. Melt in the mouth tenderest gammon, beef & turkey, roast spuds, roast parsnips, creamed carrot & turnip with hint of nutmeg, cauliflower cheese, cabbage, peas, Yorkshire pud, stuffing, all the accompanying sauces and lashings of gravy. Oh and the staff are an absolute credit. Ocean Plaza has to be the jewel in the crown of Brewers Fayre!

We booked a table for 17 people for a birthday meal and when we arrived we were greeted with a manager to say just so you know we need this table back by 2pm we were a little upset by this because there is 17 of us. 9 adults and 6 children and 2 babies, so this time frame is a little far fetched. As we continue to eat a little shambles of a meal (Carvery) we did a little toilet run and saw the manager come out without washing his hands. This is actually quite disgusting. Really unsure if we will be back.

Just had a wonderful meal in Brewers fare at Minehead Somerset.
We were welcomed by Rihanna and made to feel very welcome, she explained everything clearly and precisely, the young lady behind bar was very helpful all in all a breath of fresh air for this chain, food was hot and delicious thank you all

Eat in the brewers fayre in Bicester beside the premier inn. The first night when I asked to sit in the restaurant I was told it was to busy as it was table service but I could sit in the bar area and order from the bar. The second night I got a table in the restaurant but was told there was no table service and had to ores from the bar still, third night still not a load in the restaurant which was empty again and was told to sit in the bar to order food. When I ask the bar lady why this was she was very abrasive and not helpful, short young girl, with black hair and a ponytail.

Brewers Fayer at Bristol city centre Premier Inn. Terrible experience twice. First time over Christmas, they ran out of cod and chips. Second time came in early January with my wife who was in full NHS nurse uniform. She had an NHS ID badge the Manager, Lisa refused to give any NHS discount without a blue light badge. My wife had just served 12.5 hours in the local hospital all day on her feet and was tired. We had an argument with her. No kindness compassion or consideration considering she is the manager there. We orders cod and chips when my wife got hers it was so greasy and oiley that she had to get another one.

Me and my mate have been going to brewers fayre in kempston beds, for breakfast for quite a few months and has always been a good and friendly atmosphere,.But yesterday while I was getting my breakfast and my mate was getting the coffee's the young girl that served us came out of the kitchen .. "Saying I'm not being spoken to with the way you are speaking to me coming out of the kitchen walking to the office. I noticed it was the manager( who was a man)!!!following right behind her saying something like "it doesn't need to be like this and let's sort it out "...and with that the female staff member came out of the office and said goodbye to me and my mate,, i felt Very uncomfortable at that moment in time and felt upset for the girl.I feel the manager unprofessional in my view to say the least, I felt sorry for the female to work with a manager that talks like that to his staff definitely not exceptable.

Advertises Sunday carvery 12-6. Arrived at prebooked 1:30PM. Only tough gristly beef and gammon left; no turkey. Carvery knives so blunt would only shred the meat vs slicing properly. Vegs were okay; roast pots anemic and gravy really thin. Plates really small. Within about 30 minutes carvery closed as out of meat, so many unhappy customers turned away. Had previously enjoyed good meals during weekdays so today so disappointed. Won't bother to go there again, nor recommend to others.

We came today to celebrate two adult birthdays as a group of 8. Food was spot on, absolutely gorgeous. The staff could not do enough and went truly above and beyond! We came to a lovely laid table with two happy birthday notices and a gift for each birthday guest. The restaurant was clean and the whole experience was just beyond amazing. Thank you to all of the staff today, it really made the two birthdays more special. Bravo brewers fayre Barry island 👏🏻

I regularly eat at this location. My long term friend and I pick from the Value Menu whenever it is available.

I normally have the Haddock upgrade meal and my friend normally has a variety of meals.

I score every meal, wherever I eat, out of 10.

Last week scored a 10, this week an 11 ! Silly, I know, impossible in fact, but it was that good, hot, tasty, well presented and presented quickly; and the service could not be bettered.

Visited Brewers fayre at Goodrington today for Sunday roast dinner first time for quite a while. As always 'Moses' and other staff where busy but helpful friendly and polite, meal was good hot well cooked and tasty, however had I visited the ladies toilets before our meal I doubt if I would have eaten there!
The whole establishment is looking shabby and run down, needs a good clean as much a painting and refreshment. But the toilets are a real disgrace, and not really the sometimes usual mess left by other customers. The tiles in cubicles especially, flooring filthy and notice boards are thick with grubby marks, most of this dirt is very obviously very old and some most unpleasant type of markings.
For a food establishment I consider this to be absolutely terrible, and won't be either taking a meal there again or recommending it until I hear it's been very much improved.

Xmas day meal was very poor. Brussels were like bullets, was that spearmint instead of ordinary mint? I couldn't eat the food after putting that stuff on it, I love mint normally. Beef was very rare and turned to mush, roasties were like budget frozen roasties with that old taste you get. Prawn cocktail was basic as can be, profiteroles with a bit of brown sugar. Not good at all. Two stars is generous and awarded because of pleasant staff rescuing what was one star food.

YOUR BRANCH IN BARROW WAS RECOMMENDED TO US SO ME AND MY WIFE DECIDED TO GO FOR A MEAL THERE WERE THAT MANY PROBLEMS I HAVE LISTED THEM BELOW:

1. AS SOON AS WE WALKED IN WE WERE TOLD THEY DIDN'T HAVE MANY OF THE ITEMS ON THE MENU THIS WASN'T THERE FAULT THEY SAID BECAUSE IT WAS THE DELIVERY DRIVER.

2. THE WAY YOU HAVE YOUR MENU ARRANGED AND YOUR PRICING STRUCTURE IS VERY ANNOYING ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU DONT DISPLAY THE £ SYMBOL AND YOU THEN DISPLAY THE PRICES AT HALF THE SIZE LIKE YOUR TRYING TO HIDE YOUR PRICES.

3. I DISCOVERED YOUR NOT CHEAP BUT THATS OK BECAUSE I WANTED TO TREAT MY WIFE I ORDERED A CHICKEN DISH AND MY WIFE ORDERED THE BURGER I HAD A GUINESS AND A DESERT PLUS A PEPSI WITH A SLICE OF LEMON CAME TO NEARLY £50.

4. I ASKED FOR A GUINESS WITH BLACK CURRENT WHEN I RECEIVED IT THE BARTENDER HAD FORGOTTEN TO PUT BLACKCURRENT AND IT TASTED ABSOLUTELY VILE BECAUSE THE PIPES HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED FOR A LONG TIME.

5. WHILE I'M ORDERING I'M TOLD THEY DONT HAVE THE CORRECT BUN FOR THE BURGER SO THEY HAVE TO USE AN ALTERNATIVE.

6. WHILE WE'RE SAT WAITING FOR OUR FOOD A WAITER COMES AND TELLS US HALF THE INGREDIENTS ARE MISSING AND WOULD IT BE OK TO ADD A SALAD INSTEAD.

7. BY NOW I'M GETTING IRRITATED.

8. FOOD ARRIVES WITH A DISGUSTING LOOKING BURGER FOR £15 CAN GET A NICER ONE AT MCDONALDS WAS IT A JOKE! PEPSI COKE WITH 3 DAYS OLD SHRIVELED UP SLICE OF LEMON (I TOOK A PICTURE) AND MY WIFE SAID THE PEPSI WAS OF AND AFTER TASTING THE GUISNESS I BELIEVE HER.

9. WELL THATS IT THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME HERE AND BY GOD WE WONT BE GOING BACK YOU'RE CHARGING PREMIUM PRICES FOR GARBAGE.

3 of us came for lunch but left disappointed.
Steak was fatty, chips were barely warm on all plates and the peas were cold. And to top it off there were no onion rings.
Informed the staff and they said they will let the kitchen know.
Not likely to return again.
Has been good in the past but disappointed for nearly £70 spent.

Food tasty and reasonable value but disappointing sirloin steak as lots of fat / gristle - we told staff but they merely said they would inform kitchen .. did think someone could have spoken to us or taken a lock
