Paint colour matching

Outstanding service
We returned to the Ware branch today to get some paint for our bathroom walls. The young man could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. He asked questions that we had not even considered and provided a solution that we had not expected. But we came away very happy and very impressed with the excellent service received. Amazing service and help
Amazing service and help. We needed some colour matching and advice with paint. The Brewers team couldn’t do enough to help - they are so knowledgeable about their products and made sure we had everything we needed. Unusual to get this level of service these days!

Personalised service
Visited the branch in Ware today and felt compelled to leave a review. The young man who was serving at the till came over to see if I needed any help. Once we finished talking, he took the paint I was holding and said he’d take it to the till so I didn’t have to carry it around. He was so polite and the service he provided is such a contrast to what you receive when you visit larger DIY shops. Thank you.
