They despite some problem with our emails getting there very quickly inspected the photos and ordered a new one FOC from Germany. And it was all done in a pleasant friendly manner. Excellent Support and Service Over 5 Years
I purchased a 6 in 1 weather station nearly 5 years ago. After 6 months I had a problem with the consul. I contacted Bresser UK and it was returned to Germany and repaired in a few weeks. Recently the wind sensor stopped working and as this model had been replaced Bresser sent me a brand new station 6 months short of its original 5 year guarantee. Knowledgeable and quick support at every stage. Extremely impressed.

Weather Station problems
My experience has been similar to other customers who have left positive comments, in that my Weather Station stopped transmitting outdoor temperature and humidity. Kerin was extremely helpful and after her troubleshooting advice failed, the external sensor unit was replaced remarkably quickly under the warranty. Fantastic customer service from Kerin and the company. So very much appreciated

Perfect support for a two-year-old external sensor.
I've had my Bresser weather centre for around two years and love it. It recently developed a fault whereby the external temperature was no longer being transmitted to the base station.
I made contact with Bresser and they sent me a troubleshooting guide. I followed the guide but the sensor did not start working again so I made contact with Bresser again.
With no further questions asked, they sent me a replacement external sensor and everything is working perfectly again.
I couldn't have asked for more in support of a two-year-old piece of equipment that is permanently ourside in every extreme of weather.

My rain gauge stopped communicating…
My rain gauge stopped communicating with the base station, so I contacted Bresser to ask about a replacement. They sent one under the 5-year warranty. Fantastic customer service and professional responses from Gillian in their team.

Ive just purchased a bresser clearview 7in1 weather station. Its a fantastic piece of equipment. Setting it up was a breeze.
I had a few questions for Bresser cust service.
I emailed them on a few occasions and there responce time was instant. Ive never had such a positive responce like this anywhere. Kerin at Bresser could answer my querys evey single time, nothing was to much, also sent me a lot of additional info.

When I had a problem with the outdoor sensor just over 3 years since the item was purchased for me as a present, Bresser's customer services immediately responded with helpful advice to my email. When that advice did not solve the problem, customer services responded very quickly and provided a complete replacement of the outdoor sensor under warranty.

Broken weather vane and anemometer
Contacted this company because my weather station was broken by a tradesperson at our house, all it needed was a couple of spares. Kerin was most helpful and the spares arrived a few days later. Great customer service and would deal with again.

Superb customer service
Bought a weather station 3 years ago. Unit went wrong last summer (2022). Very helpful customer service person (Kerin - a single point of contact) liaised with me for a couple of months to try fixes. Unfortunately did not work so the 5 year no quibble guarantee kicked in. Kerin sent me a new one. Superb customer service.

Had a problem with my weather station…
Had a problem with my weather station which is several years old. Contacted Bresser UK and explained problem. They responded quickly with several suggestions to rectify the issue. Unfortunately one of the sensors has come to the end of its life. They then provided suggestions and information on purchasing a replacement at very good value. The advisor I dealt with was Kerin and I must say he could not have done more to help, he is a credit to customer service. If only all such customer service was this positive it would make life easier.

Excellent customer service recently
Excellent customer service recently. Temperature sensor failed after ~3 years (after recent storm). Assumed I would need to buy a new one but rang Bresser UK customer service. Immediately asked me when I had bought it as it might have been in warranty which in turned out it was. Offered me sound and sensible advice to see if it could be resuscitated but when this proved fruitless, without hesitation offered a replacement which arrived promptly. Within an hour or so of arrival was back up and running correctly. Kerin on customer service could not have been more helpful.

Arrogant, ignorant and a severe bully who looks down on the masses with an opening line of, oh, I am privately educated, or think I am, so I have the right and power to talk down to you and treat you like an imbecile and stupid.
If he has your money for a faulty item, then you can get stuffed is his blatant attitude towards you.
Unit drops out constantly on the screen, as in goes dark, no warning.
Wind speed is non-existent, even in gale force winds, and this arrogant know-it-all states , as I have proof in an email that the unit only records the wind once every so often, so is missing the wind speeds , of course wind speeds in a gale are constant below gale-force, so you get a constant say 20MPH, if a gale gusting at 50MPH, and he states this will not be recorded, or is recording when there is no wind, (While a gale is blowing, trees are coming down, roof tiles are flying off roofs, but the unit in his mind misses this and records say 5-6MPH, which is normal in his mind)
While of course the unit is recording everything live via wireless every few seconds, and shows this on the screen, but because the wind speed does not show, as in not able to show correct wind speed, he simply lies, stating what I just said about how suddenly the unit only records this every so often, so it will never show a correct wind speed in a gale, this is how stupid, ignorant and downright nasty this owner of the company really is.
We have bought another one to replace this and even now the BresserUK owner is sticking his fingers up at us and trying to tell us there is nothing wrong with his unit, AFTER sending him photographic proof of faulty and false readings, he still denies anything is wrong.
This is serious and people like this should not be allowed to be in business so they can rip-off the masses with impunity.

What a nightmare. Had two 5in1 weather stations they have been excellent for a few years. They are both covered by the 5 year warranty. One of which failed so contacted the uk division.
I was treated like an idiot, given contradictory information and lied to throughout. They made it extremely hard to get the problem sorted. The first resolution (after doing all the cleaning and waiting days to see if it worked even though I always keep them clean) was to replace the base and sensor. My sensor is not made anymore and the newer internals are not compatible with the older units ( was later told they do work together, but they don’t). These arrived in what looked like a second hand box with hand written information on it, different colour base unit and the stand was missing from the base unit. When I set it up as per instructions the base unit had the whole mid section faded and the wind directions were pixelated. Was told it was one of they’re sent back from Amazon stock and didn’t test it before sending out!!!
Trying to get this resolved came another bout of stress inducing conversations and trying to make me feel like I was wrong again. Eventually got another base station in the right colour with a stand that works.
This is a short version of events. Kerin is the main person I conversed with but either Kerin has a split personality or there’s a team that just sign it off as Kerin to make it seem more ‘personal’ I also had contact with Gillian who seemed a bit more human but I couldn’t tell you who is who or what they are playing at.
I also asked if I could maybe upgrade using the warranty replacement as part payment. They offered a couple of options. They gave a price of £25.99 more than they are selling the same thing on eBay for, for the one I was interested in. I declined!!!
To summarise. The products have been great for years, exactly what I wanted. Get to a warranty claim and that’s a whole new situation you find yourself in.
They made what should’ve been a pretty easy warranty claim into an ordeal that lasted weeks. Really nasty people to deal with. At some points you think all is going well and then you get hit over the head with their bullying tactics, contradictions and trying to make you feel very small and stupid.
Follow up to extremely belated review feedback.
I love the fact that this has taken 9 months for you to formulate a response.

Nothing out of warranty claimed for,
They tried to rip me off by asking for more money as a part exchange on a newer upgrade (instead of a replacement like for like) unit than they sell them for!! I was interested as it made sense to get a newer version but when I checked prices I was astounded at they’re offer!!
The whole thing could have been handled quickly and professionally but I’m not sure they know or understand what any of those words mean.
Just be very very careful if you need a warranty repair or claim.
