Excellent Furniture Retailer - Customer service second to none
From the comfort of my home in Glasgow I have placed 3 different Stressless furniture orders online with Brentham since January 2024 and the prices and customer have always been excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Andy has always been excellent with his communication and updates to make sure that the order and lead time is satisfactory before it is officially placed with the manufacturer. In my most recent order Andy was able to source new legs for an existing item and is always attentive with updates if there are any changes to the order lead time.
Delivery has also been excellent with every order. If I recall it has always been free and local furniture retailers cannot seem to match this with one quoting £80 for delivery despite being 5 miles along the road.
My house is now nearly fully furnished (thanks to Brentham) but I will be back if I need any more home decor items!

Excellent service from Brentham Furniture
We ordered two truffle tetrad sofas in linen mix mushroom colour and also the duffel footstool in the same fabric/colour. The service from Brentham Furniture was excellent and customer service was personable and friendly. Our sofa was made after order and then delivered to Brentham warehouse. We live in Nottingham and our sofa was delivered promptly and on time. The driver kept us informed up until delivery point.
The quality of our sofa is phenomenal and was competitively priced compared to other retailers. I would not hesitate to purchase from Brentham Furniture again!

Dan and his team went out of their way…
Dan and his team went out of their way to help with taking two chest of drawers pieces of furniture upstairs to our bedroom as we couldn’t manage it on our own. Thank you.
They also contacted the manufacturers to sort out a design change on the chair we were purchasing which meant that our new chair would not have matched a previous chair if they hadn’t. A service I’m sure a larger and less attentive organisation would not have even attempted.

I have just purchased the Gallery Mustique dressing table and stool and previously an Ercol tallboy and bedside chest. The furniture offered is beautiful, timeless and great quality. What a fantastic company who I’ll be…
What a fantastic company who I’ll be using again and again.
I found a dining table that I loved at a local store, but after searching on the internet to see who had the best deal, I discovered Brenthams (sadly not local to me). Anyways I took a risk and ordered from them and just hoped they were as good as the reviews stated.
After asking a few questions on their online chat (this was a Sunday evening) I put in the order and it was delivered a couple of weeks later. An absolutely beautiful table but it sadly had slight damage caused during the delivery. This is always my worst fear when ordering from a non local store but I needn’t have worried……….after a quick email with photos to show them what had happened, they sorted out the issue with a few different choices for me to decide between. This was all done over a few emails with no fuss at all, such fantastic customer service. Extremely stress free and an outcome I was very happy with.
I can now enjoy the new table this Xmas with family and decide on what I’m going to buy from Brenthams next. They have a new customer for life!
