Thank you to the amazing Brent Cross security team
I honestly do not think I will ever forget the kindness I experienced at Brent Cross this week.
I was dealing with an extremely stressful parking issue and felt completely overwhelmed. When I approached the security team in the car park, Kane Ellington was the first person who stopped to help me. He could easily have walked past or simply told me there was nothing he could do, but instead he genuinely cared, listened, and took the time to get involved and help me.
Kane then involved his colleague, Edwin Sylvester, and together they both went above and beyond to support me. They spent a considerable amount of time trying to help, contacting their supervisor multiple times over the radio, listening carefully to my situation, and doing everything they could to assist me with patience, kindness, and compassion.
This morning, Sheila Usher, their Security Supervisor, personally called me and reassured me that the matter would be resolved and that I should not continue worrying or stressing. I honestly became emotional after the call because it reminded me that there are still truly kind and decent people in this world.
What touched me most was not only the outcome, but the humanity, empathy, dignity, and respect I was shown throughout the entire experience.
In a world where people are often quick to complain, I felt it was incredibly important to recognise the wonderful people working at Brent Cross who genuinely care about others and treat people with compassion.
Thank you so much to Kane Ellington, Edwin Sylvester, and Sheila Usher for your kindness, professionalism, and humanity. You turned an incredibly stressful situation into one of the most heartwarming experiences I have had in a very long time.
Because of you, every time I visit Brent Cross now, I will do so with genuine appreciation and warmth.
Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.
Amazing time
Just had to right this review, I took family to Flip out at Brent Cross and we had such a lovely time, it was worth it!
Member of staff Renee was amazing! she was so helpful and informative, she made the whole experience such a joy and made it feel safe on the trampoline.
She is so good with kids.
Thank you Renee, thank you Flip out Brent cross.

No Bargain or Discount Outlets
Despite the declining appeal of high street shopping. Brent Cross offers good shopping facilities.
Seems to punch above its weight for a Shopping centre these days.
Toilets are kept clean. However, you will see from the pictures a limited capacity for women. With a queue way beyond the entrance.
I walking to the end hoping to turn a corner. Only to realise it was the end of the shopping centre.
Back in the day Brent Cross was wow! a massive place. Now only the size of one corner of Westfield.
The food court had no communal seating. So you could only sit and eat where you purchased. However, with a mcdonald's and kfc, there were affordable options.
An outdoor play area and skating rink were welcome facilities.
Behind the fancy shopfronts and big names, the shopping experience is poor.
You're better off finding a nice comfortable place to sit and shopping online.
Shopping staff do not know enough about the products they sell. That's if you can find a member of staff to help you.
They simply process your purchase and that's it. You might as well buy online, with that level of service.
John Lewis and Fenwicks department stores were a refreshing throwback to traditional shopping.
However, there were no real bargain outlets. Therefore brent cross lacks variety.
I probably wouldn't shop here. I was here to have my eyes tested at the Moorfields centre.
I will probably only return for that reason.
The shopping experience is not as enjoyable as it used to be. But this is not entirely down to brent cross , but the retailers.
A great shopping centre with very good accessibility services
I booked a wheelchair for my Mum yesterday, 29th December 2025. Zoe was wonderful, helpful and this is great service. Easy parking in front of the Shopmobility office and the equipment is very good and well maintained.
The shopping centre has got a greta selection of shops and major dept stores, good selection of food places too.
It's wonderful to have free parking too

Lost my phone and the cleaner in the ladies toilets handed it in today 22 Dec
Cannot thank her enough
During my recent visit to the Newbie…
During my recent visit to the Newbie store, I experienced unprofessional and inappropriate behavior from a staff member who identified herself as the general manager. Her dismissive attitude and lack of assistance fell well below acceptable customer service standards.
I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately to ensure a respectful experience for customers in the future.
Standards are slipping
Standards are slipping. The decision to allow dogs is pure folly. You have people with dogs strolling aggressive and the ambiance has changed. Even if you're an animal lover, it's not unreasonable to have pet free zones and respect shopping spaces.
Security and cleaning needs quality checking, this used to be the best place to shop not any more.
Don’t bother with rude people
I went with my son to move over from 3 to 02 and the young lady in there called Abi was incredibly rude. She had no patience with us at all so we decided to walk. Her delivery when talking to us was insensitive, impatient and positively biased.
No idea what her problem was but she certainly needs some more training with customer care

I’ve been going there for last 10 years the other day I come back from shopping and found at ticket on my Car saying I did not park correctly where my wheel went over the white line. Be careful this is car park is a scam. They say it’s free but people been fine there,
This is a scam car park. They say it’s free but they charge people to make money. Do not go anywhere near keep away from Brent Cross.
Brent Cross a place worth visiting!
Brent cross is a great shopping centre and has so much to choose from, whether it be food, jewellery, clothes or even perfumes! It was a great experience out and most importantly it had a waterstones! Can’t go wrong visiting this place!
Still waiting ages!
I had my previous eye test at Brent Cross Boots 2 years ago and was frustrated then to have my tests interrupted for an hour to allow someone with children to queuejump. This time I specifically asked for an appointment time when I would get attended to promptly at each stage. So my appointment was at 11.30 on 26.8.25. I got out of there at 1.25! During that time various waiting people complained and threatened to leave . These were all told than one of the machines had broken but miraculously the complainers were then taken through immediately. When I suggested that they invest in a computer system that monitored the progress of attendees I was told they had been promised a new computer system years ago but were still waiting. Off the shelf client handling databases are not difficult to come by! I go back to this optician as they hold my historical records. I do not recommend them!
50/50
With Brent Cross you never know how ypur experience is going to be. One day everything is perfect and lovely and next day floors are dirty and no toilet paper.
The best experience ever
The food was so amazing and fresh and I recommend everyone to try it and see for yourself and the service was so polite and kind they even greeted me with a smile.
PITBULL IN SHOPPING CENTRE
WALKED INTO BRENT CROSS THE OTHER DAY ONLY TO SEE A PITBULL DOG (A BREED THAT IS BANNED IN UK) STRUTTING ABOUT WITH THE OWNER RIGHT IN FRONT OF SECURITY'S FACES AND NO ONE DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT. PLEASE TRAIN STAFF TO WATCH OUT FOR ILLEGAL DOGS IN THE SHOPPING CENTRE. THEY WERE BANNED FOR A REASON!

Rude Staff @ Dior Counter Fenwick
My two daughters just visited the Dior Counter to purchase a Christmas Pressie and was greeted with the most impolite staff member ....to make matters even worse she discriminated against my daughter who has special needs.
Brent Cross Ladies - their maintenance to be commended.
In the course of both my work and leisure activities, I naturally have to use public lavatories – airports, train stations, hotels, restaurants and shopping centres.
If one can have a favourite Ladies, then mine has to be Brent Cross. And I’ve been shopping at the centre since 1979!
The toilets are always pristine and well stocked with soap and toilet paper.
Well done to all the attendants who keep these facilities so pleasant.
I would like to make special mention of Zoe, the attendant on duty this morning.
Professional, efficient, friendly. She is to be commended.
Unhelpful inconsiderate and even lazy staff!
Staff, tallest staff on 6th October 2024 16:20, refused to serve me using regular ceramic mugs instead of paper. I told her I have tummy problem with paper cups. She refuses giving reason that they do not have enough staff. Without apology she was intent on not serving me with proper cup. Does she even own the place and if she does that'd be the worst entrepreneur in the Kingdom!
