Ordered a body suit that took forever to come and looked like it was worn..

Order bodysuit beginning of December and still not received it!! I've emailed numerous times And now stating I would like a full refund And no replies back to last email!!!! 😡😡 Avoid like the Plaque !!

SCAM!!! Item I purchased was £14.99 this company took £17.99! The item was never received and when I asked for a refund they declined and told me to contact the courier, but didn't provide the couriers details. Good job I paid with PayPal, I've had a full refund.

SCAMMERS - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Ordered 2 bodysuits 7 weeks ago and have received nothing. Also only just noticed this company helped themselves to an extra fiver from my account which is surely illegal. No goods and automated responses when asking for a refund. So annoyed at myself as I normally check reviews etc and on this occasion I didn't so I am now left out of pocket.

I ordered a bodysuit 10th Dec after clicking a Facebook link, and it said UK stock and fast delivery.
Once ordered I started to get shipping updates from the US. So it was clearly not a UK based company or shipping. I haven't received any updates since 8th Jan when the item was supposed to be in the UK. I have emailed the shipping help address and keep getting an automated response to say the item has been shipped. I also tried contacting the company, no response.
Thankfully I used PayPal so I've managed to get a refund. Do not use this company.

Ordered a bodysuit and the website gives the impression that it’s from the UK. Bodysuit suit took ages to arrive. They sent the wrong size – I emailed them and they insisted that I’d ordered that size that they’d sent despite the order invoice saying something different. I took the matter to PayPal PayPal insisted that I return the item to them at my expense which was more than what the item cost – in the end, PayPal closed the case in their favour, not fair.

Please don’t buy. Very cheap quality. Not as advertised

Awful company. Took a second unauthorised payment after the first and would not refund. Item took forever to arrive and is incredibly poor quality.
Avoid.

0 star rating, not a 1 star. Website makes you believe it's a UK company when it's not. Item arried 4 weeks late (well after Chrsitmas, which it was for) and the product was very poor quality too. Asked multiple times for a refund, eventually the said they would if I retunred to CHINA at my cost!! Shocking customer service.

Paid alot of money for a cheap quality Duck Shooting Toy for a birthday present. Arrived after about 4 weeks and language came spoke Chinese.

Customer service a disgrace.

Awful product, awful customer service and awful company

Took weeks to arrive and does not provide any support. The company will not contact me regarding a return or refund. Has anybody got a telephone number for them please?

Absolute scam!!!

Everything on their website was a lie; the delivery took a month when it should have been a week and I was overcharged. When I contacted them, they kept sending back the same message saying to expect a refund for the difference within 5-7 days. That was over a month ago and still no refund.

The product is terrible too. It's not nice and doesn't do what it's supposed to. But I can't even send it back to them because I know I'll never see my money again.

Avoid this company and save yourself some hassle.

Ordered on 4th December for a Christmas present. Emailed with them recently where they tell me it's too late to cancel my order but no tracking information update for over 10 days. They are not providing me a refund, after confirming a number of times this is what I want. Since they obviously can't provide the service I have paid for. Horrible people

It needs no stars! One is far too many! The bodysuits took weeks to come and just didn't give any support at all. The company would not give a return address and offer no refunds. I was told to alter them myself! I've reported them. Crooked scammers!

The body shaper is not worth buying does nothing not what the are showing on the advertising.why companies have to fake advertising and con people it does not do what it says it does the staps are back to front so will not buy again.

Sent wrong size item, no matter how much proof I have provided via email that they have sent the wrong size they refuse to accept the mistake or offer to rectify it. Avoid!

I recommend that you do not order from this company.
Similar to the previous few reviews I ordered a Christmas gift in 7th Dec but over 4 weeks later it has still not arrived. There is no tel number on their site and when I send an email (I have emailed 3 times) I just get an automated reply.
They have just taken my money and have provided no service at all! I wish I have looked at trust pilot before ordering as I would never have ordered!

This website is completely horrible for shopping online. I have placed an order on 7th Dec 2022, with supposed delivery time was only 4-5 days. But I got the delivery on 19th Dec. And on top of it, it was of incorrect size. When I reached their support team. Their standard reply was we are trying to solve your issue and will get back to you. When I asked for refund and return of incorrect package , they simply mentioned “our team is trying to resolve your issue and will get back to you” this email came from them on 22nd December. And till now no response at all.

Trust me when I’m saying this , this is the worst online shopping site with highly unsupportive support team. Sounds funny when I say this but very true.
I’ll never recommend this shopping site to anyone. Please don’t buy anything from them.

I do not want to even give them one star . Order placed on December 3rd and has still not arrived . I have explained I want a refund and they are refusing . I think they are crooks . Do not buy from . Does anyone know how I can take this further ?
