Yearly service and MOT carried out as arranged/planned under service cover, paid monthly. Friendly, attentive staff in showroom ( Laurence...Wolverhampton branch). Work carried out as expected and on collection of vehicle a few hours after leaving it, all work carried out was explained fully. Superb Customer Service and very friendly staff at Brayleys Wolverhampton Nissan. Jat handled the car order from start to finish. He found the car we wanted and had it delivered in 7 days, true to his word it was 7 days. I also want to commend the other staff and manager of this dealership, on my first ever visit they all approached and asked if we were getting seen to, offered refreshments etc. This is excellent customer service and shows a good manager behind the scenes. Back to Jat, outstanding guy, talked through the whole process, listened and answered any questions, he's very knowledgeable. When we collected the car he sat in the car with us and went through all the gadgets, he even set up the Google account in the car, the car has a lot of kit so I was very pleased with this. Because of Jat and the team at Nissan Brayley I will no longer go anywhere else, customer for life. First time also ever driving a Nissan, the Quashqai is lovely to drive. The sales rep and his manager should have been honest from the start from the original price of car getting dropped by £300 pounds and not trying to sell it at what it was selling for originally.They was only thinking of lining there own pockets when they knew i was going to pay part cash payment.

Once again superb service from Brayleys Wolverhampton. I was greeted by Jat who ran through using the E peddle for me again.it was lovely to be remembered. Then Vanessa and took over and was incredibly helpful and kind, making sure that I knew more about how Brayleys can support me in the future. What a great team who made me feel valued both as a person not just a customer.

They picked up my car ,did what they had to do and then returned it with phone updates on the progress , very good

The booking procedure, via Chloe, was very easy and straightforward. We were given a time slot for our car service. Laurence in Service Reception was very helpful and welcoming. We waited while to car was serviced and were provided with coffee. Laurence then went through the paperwork with us. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.
