Ordered from Australia and received under two weeks, which I think if really reasonable Good description on bras, as I bought some brands unknown to me and they description suggested to size down a cup, which was spot on.

This did not come close to fitting

This did not come close to fitting. I ordered my bra size and it is tight both in circumference and cup size. To return it said must be in original packaging which was a plastic bag that I tossed. I had high hopes, loved the style. After my first review the company reached out and said I could return it. So far good customer service. I've returned the order. I will do a final review once my money is refunded.

Different brands, and even styles within the same brand, may fit differently depending on your individual breast shape, tissue softness, and even down to the fabrics and dyes used in the bras. As for returning it, we do recommend using the original packaging however if you no longer have this, you are more than welcome to use any other kind of secure packaging, that is not a problem at all. :)

Love my bras and the delivery was so…

Love my bras and the delivery was so quick. One thing I would say though is that there aren’t many full cup designs, will there be any in the future? Will definitely be ordering again though 😊. I have been recommending the site to friends and family 😂 so Thumbs up Brastop 👍🏽

Returns process is horrendous

Returns process is horrendous! Been waiting 3wks (since confirmation by RM of return) for a refund and still no joy.
Great prices but would only recommend if you have no intention of returnjng

Lovely range and fast delivery, slow refund process

Lovely range and fast delivery. However. Their returns are slow, despite them sending free returns labels where you can track the delivery, I am still left waiting for a refund, even though they have received the product the day after it being sent. This isn't the first time I have had to chase them up for a refund, only to magically receive the refund shortly after have sent the email.

This needs to be sorted faster, especially when products like bras are very difficult to purchase first time in the correct size due to differences in brand sizing and they are also costly! I can't afford to purchase another size until I have received a refund, which is taking around three weeks for them to process for me! Ridiculous!

I buy from brastop often, and I’ve always been happy with the service and bras received. Most recently, I purchased a tankini for swimming, it fits great and it was delivered quickly.

Great delivery / poor refund timescale

Delivery good, had the items I wanted however refund timescale is appalling
I can understand you have to give a worst case scenario in refund guidelines due to delays in post etc but I could track that you had received the item the day after I sent it back yet I waited around another 10 days for advice of refund - not great in my view

I'm sorry you had to wait 10 days for your refund. We do advise on our site it can take up to 14 working days, as you say, as a worst case scenario.

Returns are delivered in bulk to our warehouse and our staff there work through them as fast as they can. We are but a small company, and simply cannot match the speed of the giants.

The services of my package getting to…

The services of my package getting to me was great! But unfortunately I had to send back my purchase due to nothing fitting. I followed all the return directions on the slip that it comes with and I have yet to receive a refund.
