Please be careful

Please be careful, I NEVER received my order and it's been a month. They are using a dodgy provider called CTT express company (check their reviews - not good) and they were lying about my address being incomplete for a month, and then lied about delivering it. No proof, no explanation, nothing. Brastop also did nothing, I ended up begging for a refund. We all know they're not cheap.

Yes nice bras at ok prices BUT...

Yes nice bras at ok prices BUT...the "customer service" is atrocious! One phone number with 4 extensions - none of which ever gets answered! Their "live chat" simply isn't! It's neither "live" nor a chat... it's just a computer program with extremely limited responses! Getting a refund from this company is an absolute NIGHTMARE!!! I'm beginning to think this company is just a scam....

Issue with return

I ordered two bras, both turned out to be too big. Tried to return but it would not allow me to do so - despite never being informed of this when ordering. Emailed them twice, no response - star deducted as emails should be responded to.

Edited to say - No response via email however when I called them I got to speak to someone immediately who was very helpful and the issue was resolved.

Are Brastop SCAMMERS??

I ordered an item on the 1st Aug, got a message on the 3rd Aug confirming that it had been dispatched. When checking the courier website to track the order, the status has been “We’re expecting it” since the 3rd Aug. It is now the 12th Aug and there have been no updates as to where my item is. Can’t get through to Brastop via telephone. The automated voice says “Opening hrs are from 9-5pm” and cuts the line (during supposed open hrs, mind you). I just want an update or at least a refund but judging by these reviews that sounds like a nightmare of a process too!

I will NEVER recommend this company nor…

I will NEVER recommend this company nor shop there anymore. Should you need to return items, BEWARE, you will likely never get a refund AND it will cost you a HUGE fee to send them back.
I ordered for 200$ (CAD) of bras. Sadly, nothing did fit. I paid a hefty fee to return the items and to this day (we are now almost 3 months later), they say that they have not received my items.
Every email I sent has had the same answer ''we cannot refund you, have not receive the package, please provide tracking number''. My bad, I lost the ticket with the tracking # on it, so now, its my fault and I lost 200$.
With their replies, I really do believe they only refund packages if you give them tracking numbers or else they don't bother with anything and you're responsible for an apparently ''lost package''. It also takes forever to get replies.

Still waiting for my refund said 5 working days and has been longer. Live chat is absolutely rubbish, don’t bother phoning as they don’t answer or you get a generic message telling you to email which I have done. This company is appalling they are quick to take your money but don’t want to send your refund.

Won’t refund your returns

I ordered over €100 worth of items and unfortunately they didn’t fit. I had to pay to return them so for delivery and returns I had to pay €20.
I had forgotten about the return as I hadn’t received any communication from them. I emailed them 4 weeks later asking could they confirm my return and start to process my refund. I had to email three times before I got a response. I was basically told that they hadn’t received my return, it was my problem and the case was closed.

Finally, bras that fit. THANK YOU!

After years of frustration with overpriced stores with bras that barely fit, I found Brastop and I'm never going back.
As someone wearing a 36G, finding pretty and supportive bras in Germany is nearly impossible. Once you go beyond a D cup, the options become either beige, boxy, uncomfortable, ridiculously expensive or all of the above.

But Brastop? Affordable, beautiful, and genuinely size-inclusive.
I ordered five bras and almost cried when I tried them on. They’re stunning, fit like a dream, and don’t cost a fortune. One didn’t fit, but even the return process was clear and easy.

Thank you for making me feel good in my own skin again. You’ve got a customer for life.

Ordered swim wear too ages to arrive (not used there before) when returned cannot obtain refund = phones lines are unmanned = return delivery confirmed via Royal Mail = no replies to any of my emails Zero REFUND cannot speak to anyone the live chat just says tour refund will be issued Avoid these😡 rtturdn 23rd june

Long wait for Returns refund

The purchasing was easy, the delivery was quickish and the items good quality for the prices.
However….. the return process was terrible. It took 17 days AFTER they received them back, to refund my money. I had to contact them to chase and feel that if I hadn’t, I would probably still be waiting. Generally a good site, lots of choices for ladies who do not conform to the industry’s “standard” breast sizes……just a shame that they spoilt the “Returns” side of things.

Slow to REFUND.........

I have never had a problem in the past with Brastop, always fast delivery and quick to refund if items not suitable - even if I return part of any order. This time I returned part of an order and oh my the delay in a refund is extremely poor. I have even sent emails to the support team and tried calling the number which tell you "sorry we can't take you call right now, please email our support team". What in the blazes is going on!!!!!!!! I can assure you that I won't be using Brastop in a hurry in the future - is it a case of mis-management? Funny how all the orders start with BS I presume for Brastop, I can think of another word for this BxxxxxxT.

Do Not Use Returned item as too big…

Do Not Use Returned item as too big sent back with royal as instructed, proof of purchase received tracked and received back... No Refund, No response from customer services and they've had the items back 12 days now. So not happy.... Won't be using again and won't be recommending

Ive always bought my bras from bra…

Ive always bought my bras from bra stop. Normally customer services has been excellent but on this occassion its nothing less than poor. I emailed them a week ago and ive had no response.
Ive phoned them today! One phone call 12mins and then just cut off? Next phone call was 20mins where i was then given a voice message to tell me no one was available and how they are open 9-6pm or use live chat? Live chat is not working and seems impossible to speak to anyone? I can see from everyone elses experiences it seems to be the same service all round and seems the company is keeping an eye on their reviews instead of actually giving people good customer servive. I will await your reply as it seems its the only way to get your attention.

I’ve ordered from Brastop on a couple…

I’ve ordered from Brastop on a couple of occasions before, my review relates to my last 2 recent orders with them.
I placed an order for briefs on a 4 for £10 special offer, as my payment went through I noticed I’d only bought 2 pairs, I immediately contacted Brastop who refunded my purchase so I could order again, this time I paid more attention and made sure the offer code was accepted.
My second review is regarding a bra I purchased only to receive a 15% off code a couple of hours later, I contacted them saying I know I’m being cheeky, but if I’d known I was going to receive the offer I’d have waited and then placed my order. I then had a notification from my bank showing I’d been refunded the price of the bra, enabling me to purchase again using the 15% off code.
In my almost 60 years, I’ve never received such exceptional customer service!
Thank you Brastop, I will not hesitate to recommend you and will continue placing orders, oh and not to forget, the quality of products is also exceptional 😊

I had to try 2 bra sizes to see which…

I had to try 2 bra sizes to see which size fit better so I need to return one. I asked for another style in one of the sizes but when I looked it was a cup size K. Way too big. Phoned customer services and sat on that line for 10 mins and then again for 23 mins with no reply. I tried the chat line but but was stuck on there for 33 minutes and still no reply. I just want the return label which I didn’t get. How hard is this to sort?

No support!

Bought a bra in my size assuming it would fit as with my other bras but I guess it’s due to the brand Flirtelle and not my usual Fantasie. It’s not a good fit at all so won’t be wearing it. No support at all for a bigger bust.
