Brantham Athletic F.C. Girls U16 PSG Academy

Complaint stems from 31st January 2026.
Brantham Athletic FC, Girls U16's; is a completely, mismanaged football team, by Manager and assistant managers.
When I and my two friends first enquired, before the start of the 2025/26 season, about each of our daughters playing for the team, we were resolutely made aware by one of the assistant manager's, that the whole club of Brantham Athletic, is affiliated to, PSG Academy; Paris St. German, the current mens, 'Champions League' holders!

He further told six of us, he 'receives training schedules direct from PSG, every Monday and incorporates those tactic's into the Brantham Athletic U16, training schedule every Friday.'
WHAT TRAINING?
Half way through the current season, we've seen nothing whatsoever, to suggest PSG are anything to do with Brantham Athletic FC!

Our experience of the Under 16's, is one of abhorrance!
BAFC U16’s coaching staff fielding an UNREGISTERED PLAYER, blatantly, against the FA's Rules and Regulations!

Football matches CALLED OFF, at the last minute, when Outer Circle parents, living further away are already on route to venues.

NO TRAINING, for a solid 2 month period, (plus other weeks) end of November - December - January, (restarted end of January to be cancelled again) during the 25/26 football season, when opponent's are training twice a week!

During November, the manager, seemed to be more intent on going on a 3 week bender, to celebrate a 40th birthday, I am told, by someone in her inner circle, included spending an adult partying weekend at a holiday camp, whilst her girls team were being thrashed, 2 -7, 1-6 at home and the third game cancelled.

During the Christmas period, the Manager, went AWOL again, choosing to perform in pantomime. Meanwhile, her Asst Managers alternated in having their own time off.

On a number of occasions, during the course of the 25/26 season, I have, as witnessed by others, attempted to offer accounts of constructive advise, only to be met with disgusting vile verbal abuse and derogatory comments by Brantham's team management and inner circle of parents/associates, who all live locally to one another and socialise together, hence the constant cancellation of Friday night training.

With birthday and Christmas celebrations, now out of the way, the manager saw fit to resume training on Friday, 30th January 2026, some 2 months after the last Brantham Athletic U16, training session took place, in November 2025. Albeit, on a newly arranged venue further away from Brantham, in the middle of nowhere, with only half a dozen girls from the, 'Inner Circle's' parents taking part.
There are much better and more accessible venue's available to hire in and around Colchester, than the RHS Sports Courts, with no facilities. When I mentioned these, was subject to a torrent of abuse from club officials via the teams WhatsApp group.

At no time during my WhatsApp group comments have I ever made derogatory comments about people or used foul language, just stated facts to which I have evidence of, and witnesses to.

Current League Position, at time of writing.

UPDATE: 5th February 2026

Today I have received a message from the, Youth Team Secretary at Brantham Athletic.

"We have no option but to ban you from attending all games and training for the U16 Girls Team."

Unable to ban me from watching my daughter play in public places.... SO.....

Brantham Athletic, Youth Team Secretary, Dave Marks, against Regulations unlawfully, UN-REGISTERED my daughter from playing for BAFC Girls U16's team, to get back at me. Only weeks before Dave Marks, awarded her a 'Player Of The Match Trophy'!
'Brantham Athletic FC Girls U16's have now been reported to the 'FA Essex County Girls League' for Misconduct.

UPDATE 24/02/26
Phone call from the admin of my daughters new club, to say Brantham Athletic (Dave Marks?) made contact, threatening to call the Police, if I do not remove this completely true statement.
I happily await a visit from the Police but may now report Dave Marks, for continued harassment.
