I ordered 2 pairs of Skechers and after I placed the order I realised they were the wrong size. I then ordered another 2 pairs in the right size and rang up customer services straight away to cancel the first order. They said I couldn’t cancel as the order had already gone through, I would just have to return them when they came. I sent them back as soon as they got delivered having to pay £13 to return them. Then I only got refunded for 1 pair. They are saying they only received 1 pair. I’m out of pocket of 1 pair of trainers and £13 postage. I sent in receipt of postage and they saying the weight is only 1 pair. But the post office man weighed it in front of me and put the labels on. And would it really cost £13 to send 1 pair back. It’s so unfair. It’s a lot of money to lose for something that isn’t my fault. There must have been a mix up there end and I’m losing out. I will never buy from them again

Prompt efficient service and good pricing

I ordered a pair of shoes almost a month ago but they arrived faulty. The seams at the front didn't match and it was very noticeable. I had to literally beg them for a returns label (even crying on the phone) and it's now almost two weeks since they received them back yet still no refund. I've seen another review from a lady who was refunded almost immediately for faulty goods, so why am I being treated differently? This has been my first time shopping with this company and it certainly will be my last.

Purchased golf shoes and questioned brantano about the quantity due to insole on one shoe sitting uneven asked if they were seconds
Was assured they were not seconds
But after only 13 months one and only one shoe as cracking and flaking and to be honest look like a pair of shoes 4 years old
I sent pictures of the shoes with a complaint but were told this is wear and tear ( ha ha ) looks like I was wearing one shoe more than the other for only one shoe to wear so much
Will not be going anywhere near brantano again
Lesson learned for me and hope this review helps all you golfer out there

Received prompt action when I contacted them regarding a pair of boots. I had checked with the size guide on the website for my correct size only to find on receiving them , the UK size did not match the EU size and was a whole size smaller. I contacted them and pointed out as I was not at fault, the return postage should be refunded. After verifying the size on the boot, I was immediately sent a pre-paid return label with apologies. Impressed with their response.
My only criticism is as they do not do exchanges, I will have to wait for my refund before ordering the correct size replacement.

Good fit and comfortable

There are still companies that cheat customers, now Brantano saw that it works, they started cheating and taking money from customers.
I didn't even choose the number of shoes right away, they put it in my cart and took my payment without giving me any details from my account.
Be careful, good people, don't buy from this company at all, don't even try.

Ordered a pair of trainers that were meant to be six. They were at least 1 size larger than described. I don’t appreciate being ripped off twice with postage for an item that was incorrectly described

I received a pair of Josef Seibel boots which had a faulty zip, caused by the manufacturing process. The Team at Brantano dealt with my issue very quickly, resolving it and refunding me within a day. They were very friendly and professional. Am definitely going to buy from them again.

Ordered a pair of crocs from this company, arrived with a massive line(mark) on then that cannot be removed. Don’t want to mess about sending them back just won’t order again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone what so ever. Next time use a box to send parcels rather than a thin bit of sheets.

I bought Skechers trainers, which were so big. They don’t have the exchange option, so it that case you lose money sending them back. Overall bad experience as I ended up without the trainers and loosing money and a lot of time

Ordered some hush puppies and a pair of toms lace ones, the hush puppies fitted great, but unfortunately the lace toms came up very small I’m only a size 4, I’ve sent those back, overall good experience, sizing can be a bit tricky

Bought pair muck boots but they were faulty. Customer service excellent arranging return and refund

Very efficient service, great prices!

Had an issue with a pair of Muck Boots I purchased, which were delivered on the 2nd December 2024, after wearing a few times I found they were not waterproof and my feet were soaking wet! I contacted Brantano on Sunday and by Wednesday they agreed there was a manufacturing fault with the item and would be issuing a full refund.
I know under the Sale of Goods act an item should be 'fit for purpose' and I was entitled to a refund but some companies would delay this and try as hard as they could to refute the problem, thankfully Brantano was not one of them.
Admittedly I am disappointed my boots are faulty and now have to search for some more to ensure I have dry, warm feet on my dog walks but at least I have the funds available to do so.

Great company, quick to reply and brilliant service

Despite the bad reviews this was the only place selling the certain trainers my son had his eye on and at a great price so I decided to take a chance. So glad I did because the delivery was fast and the trainers were of great friends quality. Very happy !! Thankyou
