Good helpful & friendly & knowledgeable staff

We received really helpful and clear advice on a possible carpet purchase. The sales executive (Simon Jones) was knowledgeable, friendly and unhurried. Compared with one or two other retailers in our area, this service was outstandingly better.

There was a good choice of carpets and, after the measurements session, we were offered several really good options for which rooms to cover and what they would cost.
Yesterday, the fitters arrived and did a very good job, carpeting sitting room, dining room, stairs and landing. They were careful, friendly and clearly very experienced.
We are delighted with the new carpets but, most importantly for Trustpilot, I would judge Bradfords to be an excellent and totally reliable firm who comfortably deserve five stars.

As usual, the service was exceptional. We were undergoing an extensive re-carpeting project, and they were incredibly accommodating, storing our carpets and arranging installation to align perfectly with our multi-month redecorating schedule. Plus, they crafted door mats from the leftover pieces at no extra cost. Consistently supportive, consistently pleasant, consistently top-notch quality.

Today I went into Bradfords carpet and bedding in Evesham enquiring if the Silent night hippos in the window were for sale, I spoke to a gentleman in there who disappeared out the back and came back with a spare hippo they had...intact with the duck and he said I could have it , I was blown away by his generosity and gave him a hug.
The review is the least I can do as acts of kindness like these are rare .Thankyou once again.

The mattress we ordered from Bradfords was delivered promptly. Two courteous and friendly staff members helped us move the bed into the room.

As always Gary, Ben and the team provided an excellent service when working under a very tight time frame to install Amtico flooring prior to me moving into an empty property.
Gary, as always, was friendly, professional and worked hard to ensure the flooring and quote reflected my needs. He was also on hand throughout to keep me updated with fitting and completion dates in addition to personally ringing me when we hit an unavoidable delay with the fitting that was causing a little stress due to my moving in date!
Ben in store was very professional and friendly in helping me choose the flooring colour, in addition to providing a great cup of tea!
Paul, who fitted the floor was great, despite there being some unavoidable challenges due to the flooring prep not drying out in the usual expected time. Although he was working under pressure and against a tight time deadline Paul was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, explaining what was happening and keeping me updated at each point of installation. He did a fantastic job and I love my floor.

So a huge thanks to Bradfords team throughout, especially Paul the fitter who was here both later and earlier than usual hours to complete the job literallly as the removal van pulled up outside!
I wouldn’t have my floors and carpets from any other company! Highly recommend.

What an amazing job that was done for my parents home 🙌 Very special consideration and care was taken around our furniture and new decorated rooms 👌 the perfect installation of a full house of carpets and beds 🙏 definitely would recommend to anyone that needs the delicate touch whilst working.

The problem is with the floor installers. They done extensive damage to the fresh skirting board paintwork. Every step on the stairs was badly scratched and chipped. Every doorway the paint was taken off. Dirty finger prints on ftesh white walls. Door frames damaged where furniture was moved. Screed splashed on skirting and walls not removed . Amtico flooring scratched when moving furniture. Very bad silicone sealant done by back door. I would definitely not recommend as we spent thousands on decorating all downstairs and now we have our decorators back to repair the damage. Never have we had this much damage having flooring fitted before in all our married life.

The below statement from Bradfords is not honest. The installers DID NOT STATE AT THE TIME OUR PAINTWORK WAS DELICATE AND DO WE WANT THEM TO CONTINUE, THIS IS COMPLETE RUBBISH. We have since had our own professional decorators return and put things right and I must say what a fabulous job they have done. There are 3 pieces of Amtico flooring that have lifted therefore was not fitted correctly and some planks were cut too short and gaps around the radiator pipes. Our painter and decorators have repaired all damage caused by Bradfords. I refused Bradfords decorators as I did not trust them to do a good enough job. After leaving my first initial review the manager phoned me to ask why I had left a bad review, I felt like I was being intimidated and harassed to take my review down, no chance of that. Their reply below is dishonest and some statements are untrue. I just don't want anyone else to be a victim of deceit like we were.

What can I say ! Brilliant company. Yet again !
Had to have a carpet up for gas men to sort a new gas boiler but we couldn’t lay the carpet back down … but one phone call to Bradfords and they came …..and didn’t charge us a thing. Amazing company. We have had all our carpets from them over the years …. Highly recommend…

Wonderful attention to detail, great quality Amtico. We are delighted with it. Ben had a lot of patience with me to get the right colour. It’s absolutely perfect. Thank you to everyone who was involved and helped us - highly recommended. We are in the process of ordering new carpets for stairs, landing and three bedrooms. Can’t wait!

Attention to detail when fitting Amtico Luxury Vinyl flooring.
Gary who measured and sent an estimate on the same day, and everyone we spoke to in the shop, in Evesham, ensured the whole experience went as it should.
We used Amtico's online Visualiser, where we photographed our kitchen floor, to see how various designs and patterns would look before making our final choice.
Our expert fitters, Jamie and Tom, removed the old wood floor, from hall and kitchen in one day, this required removing kick boards, working around kitchen units, moving American fridge freezer.
The same care and attention to detail continued when fitting the new dual underlay preparation system and the Amtico luxury vinyl. It was a 5 day job. They were a pleasure to have in our home, and spoke with us during the fitting to ensure we were happy with all aspects of the fit and finish.
We are extremely happy, a really professional finish, only wish we could upload photos. The attention to detail, and the finish far exceeded our expectations.

Great service as always. We were having a major re-carpeting throughout. They were really helpful, holding our carpets in store and scheduled fitting to suit our redecorating timetable over several months and made up door mats from offcuts free of charge.
Always helpful, always cheerful, always good quality.

We moan a lot about poor Customer Service from retailers/ suppliers but rarely compliment good service
Well in my case I CANNOT praise Bradfords of Evesham enough!!
We had to delay our fitting due to having room decorated later than originally planned, but this wasn’t a problem at all

On fitting day they arrived promptly, removed remaining heavy furniture and preceded to take up and dispose of all old carpet, swept the floor and then fitted new carpet expertly!
They then put back all the furniture in original position and even made a small rug from the off cut

Don’t bother with anyone else! We look forward to having our bedrooms carpeted by them in the future

We wanted a new stair and landing carpet and were on a bit of a tight deadline with guests coming. Bradfords delivered.

Bradfords are our go to shop for all our flooring and bed requirements. Knowledgeable and friendly staff in the shop. This coupled with excellent skilled fitters who always do a good job and leave the place clean and tidy. Always reliable, they do what they say they are going to do with excellent results. We are very pleased with the service provided by Bradfords.

First time user, despite having lived in and around Evesham for 40 years. So glad I tried them, Gary came out to quote and the few times I popped in to the shop, I was greeted with a warm welcome.

We had a problem with the carpet (from the manufacturer) and Bradfords as the retailer did their best to put it right. The fitters are polite and friendly and do a fanstastic job.

We will be in shortly for a bed!
