Did not receive my checks so what's happening with that

I was very mad and upset with the rep that I first spoke with then her supervisor. Basically telling me I ordered single checks and in 40 years have never done that. Would not try to work out something for me to order duplicates. Just kept saying nothing I can do but you can order duplicates and have to pay full price.
I will never buy another thing from Bradford exchange. I have been a loyal customer for 13 years you've lost my business.

Wonderfully easy.

The ordering process was easy. But when I got my conformation there was a 17.00 processing and service fee that wasn’t mentioned in my total.

I ordered a leather checkbook cover with the wildlife scenery. When I received the envelope and opened it to my surprise it was a cloth.
Disappointed I called customer service and they provided a return address to send it back. I also took a screenshot of the description of the leather check book I wanted and included it in the envelope with the cloth checkbook cover so they could see their mistake.

Easy process to choose and order products. Fair price and good quality

Never received my checks with the correct name on them. Paid for but not received.

It's been nearly a month and I have yet to get my checks. Given the option to cancel and get a refund or replace the order. My concern is are there a set of my checks with my banking info out there, VERY CONCERNING!

Horrible experience. I waited the 15 business days for my order only to find out that it was canceled without notice. To add insult to injury, they had the nerve to send me a rating notice for checks they knew I was never going to receive. Now I am completely without checks. Untrustworthy company. I am so disappointed

Always room for improvement. I think there should always be an option for a discount code. I had one and couldn't enter it.

I still don’t have my checks and I ordered over 3 weeks ago. I called the company which was over a week ago and was told they would ship in 36 hours and I still don’t have them. I am not very happy right now. I hope this wasnt a scam

Because I order checks, I did pay, and I did not receive email about confirmation order and tracking number.
