I had an item not arrive in my package. I emailed yesterday evening and by this morning a really helpful advisor, called Ann came back to me. Ann dealt with my query promptly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. Really pleased with this Customer Service.

I just love Beperfect, every time I contact customer service they are so lovely and fix everything promptly and professionally! It is so lovely to see someone from Northern Ireland create and build a brand that has amazing & affordable products, and do so much charity work. All the beautiful products have give me some confidence back, after a long battle with Adenomyosis and endometriosis, can’t wait to get my operation so I can get out and show off my new skin and make up lol so thank you xx

I recently had an issue with an order from BPerfect and i have to say their customer service was excellent. From the moment i reached out they were incredibly quick to respond to all my emails and kept me fully updated. The team were incredibly friendly and helpful and they handled everything very professionally. Overall i am very impressed with their service and wouldnt hesitate to order from them again
I’d get better in a euro store
Waited a week for an amazing surprise box. Got a rotten bright Barbie pink blusher and two lip pencil which nobody would buy. Waste of €18 real charity shop stuff.

Missing product
I had a small issue with a missing product that was missing from my purchase. I sent an email to the Bperfect team and the lovely Ann had responded very quickly and got my issue sorted in less than 24hours. Great customer service. Thank you so much for your help Ann. Keep up the great work.
Damaged product received
I had received a damaged product and had it replaced within a couple of days .
I did not have my order number and thought this would be a problem but it was no problem at all as the assistant found it for me.
I will definitely shop with be perfect again.

My daughter made two separate purchases yesterday and I noticed later that she was only rewarded BPerfect loyalty points for one of them. I contacted customer service on the contact us form and the error has been identified and the points added to her account within a short space of time.

What a company, a fantastic customer service and I just want to mention Deborah who was so efficient and so helpful and kind.
Impressive
I have ordered a few times since discovering this brand. I love the products. I ordered a few items at end of march in a flash sale. Unknowingly my predictive text on phone had changed my default delivery to my work address. Nightmare starts for me. Despite trying to change address when I discovered this there were 3 failed attempts at delivery. I had been able to add a safe place to notify driver and also put a huge note on the office door saying leave it here in porch! Yodel kept saying it’s out for delivery but wouldn’t let me change address just add a safe place they said. B perfect Customer service tried a few times to locate parcel but all yodel said was it’s out for delivery. But no joy. I had lost hope but really wanted the order. So today I asked for refund so I could reorder and in 5 mins customer services did just that. So my order has been resubmitted and I’m impressed with the customer service team for their response
