One of the worst companies I have encountered. Avoid at all costs!
Cancelled my appointment at 5.45pm the day before after I had called to chase the time. Then have proceeded to mess me around regarding timings. I had explained my circumstances regarding a disabled child. All ignored. Disgusted, have lodged a complaint with my insurance company too. AVOID.

Phoned about a wasp nest and came next day and solved the problem in a quick and professional manner

Mouse issue solved, great advice given to prevent in future. Reasonable price and would recommend!

Terrible company refused to carry out emergency repair with taupaulin under home insurance looked at 2 seconds so now have water pouring through house after waiting 2days.

Useless never turned up for the second appointment lied that they called and what they have done is useless excuse the pun but a Mickey Mouse company do not use

I initially contacted this company as a small business to sign a contract with them for at least a year. They informed me over the phone, that they will carry out 3 visits for a flat fee and get rid of the mice, only then they can sign a contract with us. They also assured me, it was part of their warranty policy, if the problem still persists after the 3 visits and we have new sighting within 3 months they will do follow up visits free of charge. The 1st visit was booked when I made the payment, but had to chase them for the other 2. A few traps with poison were put up, but that was all. Unfortunately the issue did not get resolved, nothing changed at all. I have called them to arrange a follow up visit, but I was told I had to pay the fee again. I explained kindly that I’m happy to sign the contract, but will not pay for something they promised to do as part of the arrangement. The advisor assured me that will receive a call back from the supervisor on the day before 5PM to resolve the issue. That was over a month ago. I keep calling them and the same response I get. The supervisor will call you back on the day. This never happens. This company is a scam! They take your money, but don’t resolve the issue. And when you follow up, they just ignore your case. Stay away at all costs!!! They won’t help you!

Great service. They came very quickly as we had mice in our garage.
We have a young daughter which we were concerned about.
They explained everything professionally to us and eradicated the problem straight away.

Unreliable and untrustworthy roofing contractors. My roofing job was given to BPC by LV as a sub contract and could not notice any professionalism what so ever from BPC.
Adam and Bethany are so un professional money minded and never listened to the customer.
Also in the process of making aware of LV insurance about this contractor.
BEAWARE and think before you give any job to these people!!
