Unacceptable Service
Ordering online seemed easy and prices were competitive. I was happy. However, the gift hamper, which was for a bereavement, needed to be delivered in a timely manner on the day that was indicated as available, on the website. The item stalled in transit for no apparent reason and Boxt did not respond to my queries. The onus is on the sender, to whom one has paid a significant amount of money, to ensure that their items are delivered as requested, or to at least show some interest when an unhappy customer asks questions. I do not know what the outcome of this will be, because I have to take it further, but the funeral is long over and the gift now seems almost redundant. Although it is understandable that sometimes things go wrong, the lack of communication is unforgivable.

Further to this, the company did reach out, apologised and offered a discount for the inconvenience and distress caused. However, Star Trak is unreliable and uncommunicative and cannot be trusted to deliver on time, according to their contract.
