We had an event at Bows & Balloons to promote the launch of new perfume, the owner and staff have been great throughout the whole process. We host a lot of events at different locations and this team has really been a standout with great creative abilities, adaptability and overall being very nice people, helpful and with an eye for detail. The food was amazing as well, very high quality.

Nice food and drink but over priced for what you get and the customer service.
I took my too children to bows and Balloons as a special treat and have to say that we were a little disappointed with the overall experience! The food and drink is fine and dry ice is always fun but once you have seen that the decor or the cafe is a little plain and the customer service was almost nonexistent! We had to go up and order our food and drinks despite there only being only two other customers in the cafe.
For 2 pancake dishes and 4 drinks we ended up paying just under 500DKK. Far too much for the quality and experience overall!
