T shirt had a hole in the back after 1 wash , terrible customer service bad quality product it's a shame because the designs are brilliant. Will not use this company ever again .

I’d give them no stars if I could. Awful company - take your money but don’t send the items then ignore all messages. Luckily got a refund via my credit card company. Avoid like the plague.

The positive reviews on this site are clearly fake and posted by bots, nice try boys!

Bought some items for my partner buying them ahead of his Birthday. After keeping them for over a week and giving them to him, he then wore the item once, it was then washed following instructions down to a tee and the item has basically washed out. The quality has been absolutely terrible and when trying to seek a refund due to not being happy with the item just told it’s beyond the 14 day returns period, but when an item is unsatisfactory was really hoping as a small company they would have been more helpful, but really weren’t. Wouldn’t recommend buying from at all.
*update* after commenting on one of their photos on Instagram about experience they also blocked me like they did any others that have described the same experience. For an independent label you would think they would bend over backwards but trust the negative reviews over the positive as I completely agree with the bad experiences, don’t waste your money

These guys made sure I got my order before Christmas which was a life-saver. Always happy to support independent businesses and these guys care about their costumers as well as making wicked garments.

I ordered a T-shirt and it came in too big so I asked to exchange for a medium which is quite reasonable. I sent 5 emails and none of which received a response.
This company is not trustworthy and I won't buy from here again.

Wicked clothing. Couldn't be more helpful when I had an issue with a tee. Cheers.

Got my order in super quick time, with a freebie sticker or two and the fit and quality was excellent. Bigups Bowlcut Mandem.

This company is a scam! Customer service is non existent and they'll ignore all messages from you and delete / block you from their social accounts if you dare complain. All good reviews must be paid for by friends and conveniently happen after any bad review is left. Don't trust them, wish I hadn't! Such a shame, had potential to be an awesome company but just liars and thieves. Would welcome a reply to this review and my tons of emails / messages etc about my order!!!!!

Purchased a t-shirt from Bowlcut and when it arrived it was smaller than expected (not a 'normal' M) - as per their website I contacted them to arrange an exchange. It clearly explains you pay postage (which is fine) but you must contact them first. They don't even give an address so it's not like you can just send back without contacting anyway. Over a month on, 3 emails, multiple messages using their 'contact us' form and nothing. Not even a courtesy reply.

So now it's well past the return or exchange dates and I'm left with a t-shirt I can't wear.

I appreciate it is lockdown and things are a bit slower but they've got plenty of time to send me marketing emails trying to make me buy more (off the same email address that I've been contacting to no avail might I add) so they definitely are working!

They say on their returns they can't offer free returns as they're not a big outfit like 'ASOS' - well you never will be with service like this.

I like to leave good reviews, being in marketing I understand how bad reviews can really have an affect on a business but there's nothing good I can write here.

Here's hoping that they read their reviews and actually bother to come back to me!

One of a kind products, and excellent delivery times! I highly recommend Bowl cut for anyone looking for unique items, great for festivals and raves.
