Usual quick service and the expected good quality of products

Been using Bower Collective products for a while now. Feeling better about using much less plastic packaging because of my refill subscription. Products are high quality, handwash, washing up liquid, laundry liquid, toilet cleaner all work well and I can swap fragrances or try out new ones easily. The only minor downside is that initial refilling from a new pouch can sometimes result in losing some of the product, it drips out pretty quick, I liked the older style better that didn't drip even when the cap was off and the whole thing turned upside down as I could better control the flow. Overall very happy so will continue to be a customer.

Very Good customer service and lovely scented cleaning products.

All the products I received are 1st class. The Loo cleaner is amazing it cleans, and the loo smells divine for ages. Hand wash is very nice leaves your hand feeling very moisturised.
I will be buying refills

I've tried most things on our loo, including very powerful bleaches - which simply dye the limescale mineral deposits white and destroy the balance of our septic tank. I bought the Limescale Remove and I've teamed it with the Yuzu toilet cleaner and it took a couple of days to remove the built up mineral deposits but it's actually done it, when no other product I've bought to date has. And the fact that it's also eco-friendly is huge. Normally one is compromising on quality to ensure sustainability. But not here. Finally, I love the fact that I can send back the packets to be recycled.

I saw the advertisement on Facebook I decided to give the products ago . When it arrives it is as the saying goes described as on the box. Spray bottles look good and are good quality. The loo product smells lovely and continues to clean even after flushing . I have hard water where I live and the build up happens quickly , the limescale spray , is definitely better than other main product on the market I cleaned my shower glass and a week later it was still clear . This is definitely a product I will continue to buy . In fact I ordered my second one recently and it arrived promptly and they also enclose a return package to place your empty refill packaging in . In my opinion , one of my best buys for a long time. Thank you Bower

What a pity that there aren’t usage instructions on the bottle and when you go on to their website you cannot sign in without a code and when you enter the code that they send you it doesn’t work! I like the smell of the products and the planet friendly idea but it’s so silly not to have the instructions printed on the bottle!

The products are well packaged. The toilet cleaner is the best eco-friendly product I have found and my toilet looks so much cleaner. It is slightly more expensive, but worth it.
The limescale remover works to a certain extent but has not cleared it completely. For style, I love the glass bottle.

I took advantage of the recent Yuzu cleaning bundle offer. I just love the products and their effectiveness and the fresh scent. Great that they can all be refilled too.

Great service. Great products. Such a good system of informing subscribers that their order is due, giving customers chance to change or delay their order. This is an excellent system as it means, as a customer, I’m not swamped with products that I don’t need which consequently would lead to cancelling my subscription. Thank you.

Prompt delivery and lovely yuzu lemon products in smart brown glass. Only fault is the dispenser for the hand wash is faulty and difficult to use.
