I do not understands your review of my complaint. I asked Bovada to Remove the Host Bovada appointed to me. Ray is a complete total discimination Host. I ask Bovada to remove him from being my host, and next thing Bovada give me this reason..? My activity has changed ? Is this Bovada VAGUE excuse, to protect one of its total JERK DISCRIIMINATION EMPLOYEE ?

Tell me how my activity has change ? How much must I deposit and play ?
I made my deposits every week. Instead of 5K a week, I am just putting in 500 or 1000. The reason for my less activity is because, Ray had LIED to me and do not deserve to be my personal Host. I Do Not Like LIAR.
RAY ALSO TOOK AWAY ALL MY PERKS. SO WHY WOULD I KEEP DEPOSIT IN 5000 A WEEK ?

Bovada Sportsbook is pretty damn good not going to lie ... Of coarse there are ways to improve it but definitely for the most part they do good work ... Not gambling site is perfect but since I been with Bovado over the few years it has been good to me and I'm not going to complain... They have giveaways, trivia which gives you a chance to win some free money of coarse there is a rollover but I'm satisfied with the challenge and offers they provide ....

You can trust Bovada to pay out in a timely manner. They generally correct any issue you have. Just stay away from their deposit bonuses. They are a joke, if you claim a 200 dollar match bonus, you will have to spend 10,000 dollars in slots or 4500 dollars in sports bets to cash out any money you won off that 200. Everything else is great, just hope they change that bonus crap.

Whats the point im telling you I got live feed i watched my girl play four deposits of 300 or more and not one single hand was won. One more time not one single hand was won. If you don't pay attention to me you gonna wish you had. To my gamblers ask yourself where you been playinf cards and have not won single hand. And they offered nothing. I switched over to Bovada so I could do prop parlays and take cashout offers on my sports bets & ended up having some amazing luck that locked me in for life. Even if sportsbetting was 100% legal in my state, I would never switch to the mainstream brands. Bovada typically better odds on sports than those platforms as well. Overall highly recommend. Personally never had any issues, and I've withdrawn thousands of dollars several times with minimal wait times.

I was playing a bonus reward and the play through was supposed to be 20% and I wasn’t able to withdraw until well over the 20%.

Everything is a scam on this website, Customer service is just copy paste templates and then they lie.

With 629,773.84 lifetime points, Bovada considers me an All-Star Level 3 customer.

I’ve made it through Starter → Rookie 1, 2, 3 → Pro 1, 2, 3 → All-Star 1, 2, 3.

And I’ve done all of that in about one year.

In other words, I’ve walked a pretty long way down the road with Bovada in a relatively short amount of time. I’ve spent a tremendous amount of time on their site, played an enormous number of hands, deposited a lot of money, and watched their bonuses, promotions, and overall customer experience change along the way.

And after walking that far, my advice is simple:

Turn around. Go somewhere else. Save your money.

What started as a fun gambling experience gradually became something that felt very different. Over time, I found myself depositing around $1,000 a week, sometimes watching $100 disappear almost immediately, and increasingly questioning whether I was having a fair and worthwhile gambling experience.

I’m not going to claim that Bovada is intentionally making it harder for me to win. I can’t prove that.

What I can tell you is what I’ve personally experienced.

The bonus system is where things really started bothering me.

For a good portion of my time on Bovada, I regularly received free, non-deposit bonuses. Sometimes they were offered daily, generally somewhere between $10 and $70, with around $30 being typical.

Did I usually lose those bonuses quickly?

Absolutely. 😂

But that wasn’t really the point.

Those little bonuses gave me something that became increasingly important the longer I played: hope.

Even if it was only $30, it felt like another chance to get back in the game. Another opportunity to turn things around. Another little shot at getting myself back to where I wanted to be.

I knew I could lose it five minutes later, but for that moment, I felt like I had some level of hope that I actually had a chance.

And honestly, that feeling mattered.

Then I started noticing something.

If I had any existing bonus balance—even something as ridiculous as $0.01 left from a previous bonus—my request for a free, non-deposit bonus would be denied.

So I tested it.

I’d request a free bonus and get denied. I’d then forfeit the remaining $0.01 bonus balance, immediately submit another request, and the free bonus would be approved.

I did this multiple times.

I’m not guessing about this. I tested it myself.

After dozens of denied requests and repeatedly seeing the same thing happen, I eventually figured out that having even a tiny amount of an existing bonus sitting in my account could prevent me from receiving another free bonus.

And then the promotions changed.

The $1,000 deposit offers are a much more recent development. One I can’t forfeit unless I make the deposit.

I didn’t see these throughout my time moving through the lower tiers. They only started appearing once I reached the higher All-Star levels.

I’ve now had this type of offer appear three or four times.

The offer is essentially a 100% match on your next crypto deposit, up to $10,000, with a minimum $1,000 deposit.

On the surface, that sounds generous.

But after everything I’ve experienced on Bovada, it doesn’t feel particularly generous to me.

For a good portion of my time on the site, I received small free bonuses that gave me another chance to get back in the game.

Now I’m increasingly being offered promotions that require me to put more of my own money into the account.

And when the minimum deposit is $1,000, that’s a very different proposition. Not to mention the enormous $20,000 play-through requirement.

Maybe there’s a perfectly reasonable explanation for how Bovada’s promotions are generated. I don’t know.

But after experiencing these changes firsthand, the overall impression I’ve been left with is that the emphasis has shifted from rewarding an existing customer to encouraging that customer to deposit more money.

At some point, I stopped feeling like a gambler and started feeling like a fundraiser or sponsor for Bovada.

And that’s ultimately what changed my opinion of the site.

It doesn’t feel like loyalty being rewarded. It feels like loyalty being monetized.

I’ve accumulated 629,773.84 lifetime points in roughly one year.

I’ve walked through Starter, all three Rookie levels, all three Pro levels, and into All-Star Level 3.

I’ve given Bovada an enormous amount of my time and money.

And after walking that far down the road, I don’t feel like a decorated or appreciated longtime patron.

I feel like a dollar sign.

Maybe your experience will be different.

Mine wasn’t.

And that’s why I’m writing this.

If you’re still early in your Bovada experience, seriously consider taking your money somewhere else before you’ve walked as far down this road as I have.

Turn around. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

Easy and fast withdrawal, I don’t win much so I was really happy with the win and the crypto withdrawl process

I beat their rigged blacked jack which isn’t that hard but then it wouldn’t let me withdraw . It’s funny how they hide their rigged blackjack and talk about rng if you bring it up. Regardless you can find the pattern and beat it .its like if you a 5 and 6 the next hand will be a 20 winner . Anyway I typed the confirmation code correctly and the site locked me out for 24 hours and then why I tried again it still wouldn’t let me withdraw . I never got a good response from the site ppl and their phone number is broken and I lost all the money even tho I did withdraw it . They stole my 300$ and I want it back. I’ve now convinced a few people to get off bovada cuz they don’t like people who withdrawal and no one there cares about anyone who can’t cash out . They think it’s funny to screw people over and have very sarcastic trash chatter for support . Go somewhere else that will you let you withdrawal that’s not a scam !
