I found the band to be small even thought I ordered it in my usual size and the style of the bra didn’t suit me since I found the cups to be somewhat pointy so it looked weird under tops and the cups didn’t really fit me so I had to return

I have purchased a bra from Boux first time online and after receiving I have realised that it was smaller then expected (didn't try as it was looking small visually)
I went to exchange the next day to the store near buy, while opening the box there was a minor tear on the packaging box for which the sales person has asked me that they can't exchange it by saying i have used it!
The labels were intact , i didn't try it on , it was a backless stick on bra.
I will never ever buy from Boux, what a bad experience!
Wasted my money but learnt my lesson!
Donated that to charity since it was of no use!

The online experience, delivery and product were all excellent.

I had never tried claiming my Reward Points with Boux Avenue before and wasn't sure of the process. I used the Boux Avenue online chat function which I found in the 'Contact Us' section and after chatting with a very helpful and patient 'Minnie' I successfully placed my order, points and all, a few minutes later.

Easy to use website with a great range of products. Excellent sale prices (ie an actual sale!) And lots of stock available.

Material and quality of items are brilliant, this is the only place I purchase underwear and nightware.

Very quick delivery, think I ordered Thursday morning and parcel came on the Saturday.

Excellent service and great product

Appalling service. Ordered some pyjamas with next day delivery, not only did it not arrive the next day but i had no communication that the item was in fact not even in stock, yet they still took the money out of my account. I’m still waiting for my money back.

Fantastic product and very quick delivery.
I have never been able to wear a low back dress without a bra so when I came across this product I thought it was worth a try.
I wore this for around 14 hours and it did not budge. It gave me a lovely shape and I felt safe and secure in it and was able to wear the beautiful dress I wanted.
10/10, I would recommend this to anyone who feels like they need a bit lift and support when wearing a low back outfit.

CAN YOU CONFIRM THAT THERE IS NO GESTURE OF GOOD WILL, As it has been another 10 days since you reply with the matter still not resolved or no refund or good will gesture of £40 to be seen, I sent all the information order date issue and still have heard nothing

Easy site to view. Item sizing is excellent. Item looks amazing.

I would highly recommend Boux Avenue for supreme quality lingerie and pjs. I absolutely love the modal pjs and have them in most colours, they are the softest and most comfortable pjs ever. I also find the lingerie sets so well made, beautiful and comfortable. I always received a great service from Boux Avenue.

I purchased a satin nightie with Boux Avenue and its perfect. Fit is accurate as is the description online. Fast delivery and very nicely packaged. Will definitely purchase online again if I can't make it to the store.

Very happy with the stuff I received from my order however I was really annoyed that a bralette I ordered went out of stock before my order was picked!! … you still sent me the matching pants which I have now returned… why would I want the pants when I didn’t get the bralette? .
I have to say your underwear and bras are very comfy and I will be updating my collection again at the end of summer. Thank you so much boux avenue ❤️✨
