UPDATE: Firstly, I want to apologize to boutiqueOttoman for my assumption that I was scammed. This was a result of a misunderstanding and clerical error. My credit card had the wrong email address which boutiqueOttoman used resulting in a loss of communication. This resulted in me assuming that it was a scam. But after writing to their support dept and straightening it all out. The tracking was easy to follow. I received my product today just as described. BoutiqueOttoman is a trusted company. They make beautiful jewelry at reasonable cost. The product was more beautiful than the pictures. My apologies to a legitimate company that is professional, honest and trustworthy. A Disastrous Experience with Boutique Ottoman Shop
If i could i will give it 0 Stars.
I recently purchased a ring from Boutique Ottoman Shop, and unfortunately, my entire experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. The initial problem arose when the ring I ordered didn't fit, prompting me to send it back for resizing. Little did I know that this decision would lead to a series of frustrating events.
Firstly, I had to pay a hefty fee of 250 DKK kr / 36.36 USD to send the ring back to them for resizing. This alone was an inconvenience, but what followed was far worse. Boutique Ottoman Shop claimed that the shipping company made a mistake and couldn't pick up the ring for resizing. As a result, my ring was left in limbo, and I was left out of pocket with no progress on the resizing.
After reaching out to their customer service, I discovered a whole new level of incompetence. The representatives consistently dodged my questions, providing vague and unhelpful responses. It felt as though they were deliberately avoiding addressing the issue at hand. When I brought up the failed pickup and asked for a solution, their response was to provide me with their address and instruct me to send the ring back again.
This entire experience has been a colossal waste of time and money. Not only did I pay a significant amount for the resizing, but I also endured the frustration of dealing with unhelpful customer service. The lack of accountability and transparency in handling the shipping mishap reflects poorly on Boutique Ottoman Shop's professionalism and competence.
In conclusion, I would strongly advise against making any purchases from Boutique Ottoman Shop. The combination of a poorly executed resizing process, unresponsive customer service, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction make this establishment a regrettable choice for anyone seeking a hassle-free shopping experience.

For that you should send item back to our workshop. We are not responsible for courrier company works. You should contact with them and be sure of that item is delivered to our workshop. If your courrier company lost your package it is not under our responsibility, please be fair.
If you can provide us any tracking number or proof that shows package is delivered to us we will be happy to help you. Please contact with your courrier company and ask them why they don’t deliver package and charged you USD 36.36
