I cancelled within 10 minutes of order - based on the email they sent automatically that I had signed up to £58 per month in addition to the FREE trial... postage £9.95... I immediately went went to my credit card and the £68 had been charged!!

They sent them anyway - I refused delivery..am waiting for the postage charge to be refunded.

This company has dubious practices...and I am unlikely to receive my refund... shame on all of you who work there.

I have ordered something of the site for my daughter and I have emailed them twice and haven't had a reply of them it's a s... site and a scam

My daughter in law recently had photos of her new born son they cost £150, they are not worth 150 pence. Poor quality, shocking price. Advice to new mums, don't fall for it. Total rip off, go to a professional photographer get better quality pictures.

Was harassed by the photographer while my newborn was in NICU and then couldn't afford the photos. By the time I could I was locked out of my images and customer service/account recovery was useless. Finally got a hold of my account details only to find out they had already been deleted.

I signed up for their free online photoshoot. We payed£15 deposit to secure our booking. It was advertsied as free photoshoot. After we had the session I did not want to purchase any pictures, cause they were not great at all and also one picture would have cost £20. There is no way to find out in advance the picture prices and information how to get your deposit back. After arguing in email, managed to get my deposit back, but turned out you can not get your deposit back, it ‘s a non-refundable one, but they do not mention that anywhere. So basically the session is not free, it’s £15!

They sell user data and try to make it impossible to delete your account. They direct you towards an email address which is unmanned. You eventually get an email telling you so, so you have to dig through the website again. Avoid!!!

Extremely rude and pushy, I was recovering from a very difficult pregnancy and then C section, I had only been in the main ward having come from recovery for five minutes when I had the curtain PULLED back, I assumed it must be a nurse because I had JUST GIVEN BIRTH! Nope some stranger barging in with a camera telling me I should get some photos to capture these moments because I'd never get them again? Guilted into them and refused to leave until we had said yes, the whole time never answered a single question regarding cost but was kept telling us about the free gift.
A couple of days we where spammed with emails from them and other companies they'd give out details to?? The prices where absolutely extortionate!! And not very good, don't think these women should be allowed at all, they PREY upon vulnerable women, especially new parents.

A couple of years later you'll receive a very threatening email saying that you're photos will be DELETED FOREVER, if you don't buy them ASAP, you'll get a 50% discount though so your 5 photos will cost £80 instead of £160. Awful company, awful reps.

Those running this ‘company’ should be behind bars for exploitation. Forcing their way into rooms where new parents are just meeting their little one and taking photos that do not at all represent the situation and charging for the privilege! Three years later a threatening emails worded ‘your pictures will be deleted in three days’ suggesting you are going to lose something which is already yours (wording used by con artists). Oh and that’ll be a minimum of £150 for the privilege!

Please do not fall for their tricks. New parents, turn them away at the door, take your own pictures/ selfies in the moment. The raw pictures you take will mean so much more than this rubbish!

After a rude experience where a "photographer" thrust herself into my cubicle as I recovered from my c-section, took only five pictures as she refused to wait a moment for me to change my baby as she'd been sick. I had some tiny free photos shortly after which were such a low resolution and pixelated.
Now a few years on, I've been sent an email saying my pictures will be deleted in a few days. If I want them I'm expected to pay over a hundred pounds for five images, well actually ten if you count the one click black and white conversion copies.
You take advantage of new mothers, overprice pictures taken by photographers with very basic skills and then hold precious memories of our first hours with our child to ransom.
Shocking.

AVOID! Absolutely terrible! Awful customer service! If i could give them 0 stars i would. I ordered 2 canvases, 1 for myself and one for my mother. When they arrived 1 of them had a big mark on it so i contacted them, they wanted proof so i gave them proof and they finally got back to me telling me they would send a replacement out. When i checked the email they were going to send the wrong canvas out so had just assumed it was that canvas that had the mark on it. So i contacted them yet again to explain that i ordered 2 different sized canvases with 2 different pictures (which they should know) They cancelled the order and finally sent the correct one out TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. They yet again ASSUMED my address although i had just bought 2 canvases for over £100 with a different address. Terrible terrible people. Will never ever buy from these again. Also for the prices you pay you would expect better customer service!!

They promote products from awful companies.
They had loads of vouchers for precious little one on their app.

Precious little one has been the worse company I've ever experienced. They took my money and I still don't have the product.

I would go as far as to say it should be illegal for bounty to be present in hospitals. After having a traumatic birth and recovering from a third degree tear my sheets covered in blood and still unable to go to toilet for myself I wanted believe it or not to hold on to a little bit of dignity. Now with camera phones you can take photos of your baby when they are born you do not need some stranger pulling open your curtains when you feel battered and bruised and pressuring you in to having your photo taken. No compassion for what that must have felt like? Didn’t feel safe that people were just allowed to walk in.

Both births I've declined to have them come. Both times they've come anyway , several times 'to make sure' . They've even pulled back curtains when I've had them closed for privacy. Unless you are a medical professional or a guest I've invited this is disgusting behaviour.

They are commission driven and have no place on a maternity ward where women are at their most vunerable.
The photos are poor quality and women feel pressured to capture these ' precious moments'
No, all that's being captured is money.

The last thing you want when you have just given birth is to be approached by a marketing person trying to flog you stuff. Why on earth do the hospitals let these people in?

Don't use the app for any discounts or vouchers. They'll push you toward GoGroopie discounts and they will take your money and not provide the item paid for.

The pushiness and the money they charge on the ward is not worth it, take your own pictures if you can.

Within 24 hours of giving birth we were visited by a Bounty rep in the postnatal ward of the hospital. She pulled back the curtain and strolled straight in, she was very polite but very pushy.
We declined the newborn photo shoot but she was insistent that my husband gave her his details so that we could have a "free" pack , she gave us 2 packs as she said they were running out of date.

The packs contained vouchers that were already out of date, 3 newborn pampers, some newborn pampers wipes (trial pack) and 1 mini sudocrem.

Within 5 days of my husband giving Bounty his email address (they also ask for your newborn baby's details too) , he started getting junk emails addressed to "Mr Oliver" which is our son's name - not only had they sold my husband's details on to third parties, they'd also sold our newborn child's details. We know it was Bounty as the only place we had given my husband's email address along side our child's name was in the hospital to the Bounty rep, we hadn't even registered his birth and he was receiving advertising for cars and household goods.

I'm astounded that the NHS allow Bounty to roam the maternity wards and harass new parents, it's absolutely disgraceful.

Do not give these people your details, you do not have to and you can politely ask them to leave.
