Bounds Taxis Reviews 

Pre booked a cab so I didn't have to drive and park. Cab didn't arrive. Call them. Oh, we'll send someone. Tracked the cab. It never moved. Presumably still in bed. Ended up driving and parking. This tlis the 2nd time they've let me down. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Absolutely shocking service from bounds! Taxi was booked ages ago to collect my parents and friends from newport pagnell services after ledger holidays drop of there for milton keynes. Ledger booked the taxi for them to decide to send a message at the collection time saying they wasnt picking them up. No help whatsoever when called to try to get them home. Thankfully skyline have picked up phone and collected them within 10 mins of call so hopefully ledger will use them from now on. Whats happened as bounds used to be a good company but only hear really negative things about you now. Will never use you again.

I am writing this to lodge a strong complaint against one of your drivers with the certainty that you will take action against him.
My spouse and I have been your regular taxi customers in Northampton since past one year or so.
And to be precise I am using your taxi service almost daily since the past 2 months spending around 25 quids daily.
Once, you check out our ride history you will know how frequently we use your taxi.
Until today I never faced any issues but today it was a horrifying, mind-boggling experience with one of your drivers.
I was on my way to the office this morning (had booked a cab for 07:35) to reach on time and now I'm late, mentally very upset and mentally disturbed with the experience I had to face while travelling in one of your cars due to the driver's sudden outburst, catastrophic, verbally violent behaviour.

Fortunately, I was on a with my spouse when the whole ordeal started.
While I was on the phone, out of the blue and out of nowhere your driver started mumbling and then started shouting at me. The behaviour of your driver was so aggressive that at one stage I
really felt threatened and so insecure that started crying inconsolably.
Your driver asked me in the middle of a road to get out of the car.
When I resisted the aggressive behaviour of your driver, he uttered- ' TALK TO YOUR DAD' and started shouting at me again.

The driver then created a ruckus, scene once he stopped the car outside of your office in front of the Northampton bus station in front of so many people.

You can imagine the mental trauma I had to face and go through with the everlasting scar of the whole ordeal mentally.

I work in IT, and we are well trained to deal with people be it difficult, complicated or rude but today it was all together a different scenario.

I can give the driver

LET US KNOW WITH ALL THE UPDATES AND THE STRICT ACTION THAT YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE AGAINST THE DRIVER OR FOR THAT MATTER IN CASE YOU DON'T TAKE ANY ACTION, DO LET US KNOW OTHERWISE AS WELL.

We are appalled, shattered AND MENTALLY drained due to today's fiasco.

I have also ended up taking a new cab and paid even after this horrible incident.
I would strongly say that PLEASE KEEP EDUCATED AND WELL MANNERED DRIVER BECAUSE IT IS NO GOOD FOR YOUR BUSINESS. SOON IN FUTURE, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE CONSEQUENCES AND PROBLEMS CAUSED BECAUSE OF YOUR DRIVERS. DON'T HIRE THESE ILLITERATE PEOPLE. OR ELSE PLEASE TRAIN THEM
