Friendly and helpful. Excellent bouncy castle.

We had issues with the first bouncy castle but Joe swiftly resolved it when he heard about it. He provided another bouncy castle and was present himself.
I am so grateful for all the help Joe gave and to their friendly staff.
My kids had an amazing birthday party thanks to the lovely bouncy castle. It was delivered on time and collected a bit later than planned so my kids got extra time playing. We will be using this company again and recommending to friends. Truly a genuine nice company.

Amazing service

Bouncing Brothers were absolutely fantastic for my daughters birthday party today! They arrived just before I did to deliver the unicorn package at the venue and came to collect the equipment exactly when I’d requested.

Everything was exactly as expected and they were lovely friendly staff.

Thank you very much

We had three inflatables delivered for my son’s party, the team turned up when they said they would and collected on time. They were incredibly polite and professional and they went through the key health and safety information before they left. I am really happy with their service and the party was fantastic.

Con artists!

I ordered an adult bouncy castle for a surprise party for my partner from Bouncing Brothers Bristol. The original quotation of £140 was for an adult bouncy castle which measured 15x15.

It has came to my attention since hiring that the wrong one was delivered. This one being £65 on their website with a warning of ‘suitable for children only’ with a size of 12x12.

I was surprised to find this out and wrote to the company to say that they delivered the wrong one and could I have a refund.

Instead of accepting the error the guy I spoke to said I was wrong and proceed to update his website on sizing and suitability but luckily I took photos of it before he updated it.

He then proceeded to tell me that the castle was suitable for adults which it clearly wasn’t as on many occasions nearly tipped over while we were in it and it wouldn’t of said for children only.

I questioned his safety standards and all he said was that it’s suitable for both adults and children with again no apology.

Also when I asked for the hire and I asked on many occasions for the invoice with the costing breakdown which he never provided.

He is now trying to say that the £140 is justified even though an adult size would of cost £135 and children £65 and that £30 is for a late pick up which again he never disclosed as I would of had it picked up the same day and that delivery is £45 which apparently is a discount from the actual delivery charge of £60. I do not know how he can justify a £60 delivery for for a £65 bouncy castle.

I am horrified at the safety standards, lack of communication, standard of service and lack of acknowledgement when a customer is complaining.

Now I am an adult but what would their safety standards be for a child?

Hi, you made a very last minute booking for an adult castle, I told you it would be £140 which includes delivery to your area as we dont usually go there but you was desperate. Please remove these slandourus comments as i am sure your place of work wouldn't like the slanderous comments you have made here. Please can you show me where you asked for an invoice of the breakdown of costs, which is another lie. i will be instructing my solicitor if this isn't removed by 6pm today. Also will be informing the company you work for of the abuse you have given me because you didn't agree with our delivery charge after paying it.
