Receipts need to be issued by law in Canada. I had to go back in the store asking for a receipt, they do not issue paper receipts!?! I had to wait almost 48 hours to receive receipt by email! Not being able to touch or search products yourself as a customer is wild. Sorry but I want to pick out my own items and not have Karen like employees scold me through the process. I wanted to see my receipt because I did not even know what I paid for the items I purchased or what price I paid for them.

Lighting in store is terrible and you cannot see the actual colours or textures of products. The store is so overly perfumed I do not recommend anyone with allergies or scent sensitivity enter.

I had a young man help me today he was incredible. I was looking for curtain rods what we found wants in stock so he gave me the code to order online and helped me with the sizes. my daughter found something in the sale section and he made we aware of the tiny imperfection he also carried the large items to the cash for me. He is being taught well! A+++

The sales associate was wonderful. She found side table lamps that worked with my side tables and set them up with similar items I had so I could see what it would look like. Very knowledgeable and helpful!

I purchased this curtain on sale, but unfortunately the top edge doesn’t hang properly. The grommets seem to be placed too far from the edge, which makes the fabric fold awkwardly and not sit straight. It affects the overall look quite a bit. I understand it was on sale, but I still expected better quality. Hope this feedback helps

It was hard to find someone for some help at first, and there wasn’t anyone initially greeting people in the store. However, there is SO MUCH cute stuff. And the lady at the till was lovely and so helpful.

I will keep coming back.

The Black wooden Buffer with glass doors looks fabulous in our space and stores our wine/ bar glasses with the liquor in the drawer ( more discreet). We did adjust the cabinet by not using one of the shelves to accommodate the height of the liquor bottles with good success. Do suggest anchoring the unit to the wall for extra stability.
Also purchased the macrame curtain and used it with a clear shower liner as my shower curtain in the bathroom. The open weave of the macrame allows lots of light to filter through in the shower.

Excellent help and service. Prices are very good . Today I saved 70%. Very pleased . Thanks to Cynthia for her help, she was patient and very helpful.

Poor and dishonest customer service. Bouclair refused to honour their advertised free shipping over $299. They claimed this promotion was expired, but it was still actively listed on their website. Despite the active advertised promotion on their website, and sending a screenshot for their reference, they continue to refuse to honour their own advertisement.

Of course the selection of merchandise is wonderful each time I come to the store. However, this time, what made it extra special was the sales associate, Jordanne, who patiently worked with us to find pillows and accessories that would bring in warmth into a very cool living room palette. Her expertise truly provided an outstanding experience. She is a "keeper!"

Beautifully curated store!! Easy to find exactly what you are looking for and the staff were wonderful and very helpful. Great service, great store, great price points!!!
