Great mentorship, solid structure helped me land multiple top offers

I joined Bosscoder Academy in my second year of college when I wasn’t sure how to move forward with DSA, internships, or interview prep. What really stood out to me was the 1:1 mentorship. My mentor from Amazon guided me through DSA, system design basics, mock interviews, resume reviews, and long-term planning. This structure kept me consistent and gave me the direction I previously lacked.

The mock interviews were one of the most valuable parts — they created real pressure, provided actionable feedback, and helped me become confident. I also received resume pushes and referrals, which opened up opportunities I wouldn’t have gotten otherwise.

A clear roadmap throughout college saved me from wasting time on random preparation. That guidance helped me crack offers from companies like MakeMyTrip, Oracle, Cisco, JP Morgan, and others — graduating with 5+ offers.

That said, there’s room for improvement. More structured progress tracking and regular follow-ups would help students maintain momentum. The community could be more active, and adding more group sessions or peer learning would increase value. Placement support exists, but students still need to stay proactive on their own.

Overall, Bosscoder isn’t a magic solution, but it gave me the direction, discipline, and mentorship I needed early in my journey and that made a huge difference.
