I had the watch roll in hand in a little over a week. When it actually shipped from Turkey to the US it took less than 24 hours with DHL to my door. Amazing product, simplified ordering process and amazing delivery time. I'm very satisfied and look forward to ordering again in the future.

I have been searching for the perfect Watch roll for some time and I constantly see famous watch collectors having Bosphorus products. From the very beginning the customer experience has been amazing. The ability to customize not only the Watch roll but also to get pillows to match your wrist size is something other companies don’t offer. I have been in constant communication with the team and they were always very kind and responsive. I want to give a big shout out to Buse for always answering all of my questions. I asked for an extra pillow because I wasn’t sure what would fit my wrist size because I am in between sizes and with no hesitation they said no problem. Once the item shipped it was in NY and delivered in 2-3 days. When I unboxed it, you can tell they take pride in their work. It was like unboxing a piece of jewelry. The Watch roll was perfect. The craftsmanship was like no other. The leather quality was the best I have ever seen. Even down to every stitch was perfect and the velvety suede and softness of the pillows assured me this is the go to brand for watch cases and rolls. I hope to purchase one of their gorgeous watch cases one day and I know I will not be disappointed. This item also came just in time for Eid. There is no substitute when it comes to Bosphorus Leather.

In order for me to be able to share the watch-roll with my girlfriend, I asked for one additional small cushion (in total four, 3 medium sized + 1 small cushion). They kindly sent me a total of six cushions (3 medium + 3 small). Great customer care, you rarely find companies with this attribute!

Making of the product was rather slow, it took about a month for it to be shipped but besides that, beautiful products. Highly recommend it 👍🏻

Ordered a watch roll and upon receiving it, I was genuinely amazed on how good the quality is. If the leather from the outside wasn’t good already, the suede and posh feeling of the inside (especially the cushions) impressed me the most. The biggest plus for me was that you can give a preferred size of the cushions to easily fit in your watches based on your wrist size. Great customer service and very well presented with the box and bag that it came with!

Took close 3-4weeks for delivery, which wasn’t bad since it was a bit of a custom order. Except they did not get the order right as discussed(bigger pillows). Also did not receive the extra roll like Black Friday as per email the same offer would be honored.
I want to update my experience, Jan. 30th. B. Leather made and sent me new bigger pillows that fit my watches perfectly, but they do not fit the watch box! So I have had to remove both covers just to get the box to close and the bottom row is now useless because the watches sit above the slots. Also I have trouble with the top staying open. For over $1000, I would not recommend if you have bigger wrists. May have been a great box for smaller watches and wrists but a waste for me. They did include a matching double watch roll, which works well. Overall, I wish they would have told me that it’s not recommended or would not work for the larger sized wrists/watches. Or possibly just making the box a bit taller to fit everything it was claimed to hold.

Communication with the customer service is at the highest level. They replied to all my questions and concerns very quickly. The quality is sensational, definitely higher than the watchrolls which I had so far. The price is high, but if you get the right promo, you can save a little.

As always, Bosphorus Leather provided an excellent and high end product.

The only reason for 4-stars was the experience with FedEx. They approached me multiple times for additional costs incurred for GST and other import fees. Buyers be aware of the import taxes of your country when importing products. The FedEx customer service line could not give me any answers about the additional fees when I called and queried them. Fedex could also not organise for a pre-delivery options at any time either.

Furthermore, a minor annoyance was not having any instructions on how to operate the locks on my watch case but a quick google search fixed this.

Overall, I am very happy with the watch case I bought. Bosphorus leather should also rethink using FedEx as their main shipping carrier.
