Poor shipping preparation for the Harvest Pilgram…

I ordered a resin Harvest Pilgram Couple from Boscov's online store. I opened the package and looked in to see the head of the man broken off with very little packaging around the figurine. It had very little chance of surviving the trip with the packaging used.
I thought no problem, I will return it for a new one. Boscov's policy on damaged items is that you pay the return shipping. The cost of the shipping will be more than the the figurine if I return it and I have no guarantee they will do a good job of packaging. I decided to superglue the head back on and call it good. I love the product but not the service.

Boscov’s is the best!

Very happy with recent purchase of a power reclining chair at the Monaca store. The salesman provided excellent customer service. He was patient & helpful when I made my selection. The chair arrived in one week as promised and the delivery men were pleasant, courteous and efficient.

Frustrated customer!

In June of 2020 I ordered a leather sofa and when it came in late July it was the wrong color. Jen my salesperson from Salisbury, Maryland was a jem. She worked with me and we were able to have it replaced with the correct color which she ordered the first week of August. Today I have been told this sofa will not be delivered until sometime in December. It is frustrating that Covid-19 seems to be the excuse for all delays. If I would have know it would be nearly 6 months to get a sofa I would surely have picked out another one. I am a frustrated customer. But as frustrated as I am, working with Jen makes it a whole lot better.

Phone and online ordering…

Do not order by phone or online from this company.
Take the float of YOUR MONEY FOR 10 OR MORE DAYS and do not deliver what you paid for .
A disgusting and non customer service oriented experience.

Late fee scam

Mailed my bill in plenty of time and my next bill had a late charge on it. $28 for a $33 bill. Had mailed it in weeks early and when I called the girl said that due to the USPS stuff was being tied up in the mail giving them and excuse to bill everybody for late charges. Finally got it cleared but it cost me at least 30 min. on the phone. The bill was covered in little blurbs about joining in the fight against covid-19 too. What a joke Last nickel I spend in that place. ridiculous

Can't Return Useless & Fake Item to Boscov's store By Mail!

I bought an item from Boscov's located 441 Woodbridge Center Dr Woodbridge, NJ and the item does not work! I called to let them know that I would like to ship it back since I do not live in NJ and it will take me about 2hrs to drive back there. Their response: "there's no way to ship it back, I have to physically bring it back" Becareful buying from certain stores like Boscov's.

I ordered two recliners in March and…

I ordered two recliners in March and was supposed to get them delivered on the 20th. Then the coronavirus started, I didn’t hear a word from Boscov’s. I tried calling etc. I didn’t want any finance charges so I paid my bill when it came. Memorial Day weekend, I finally heard about when they would deliver them, the lack of communication was unacceptable, but I also purchased a comforter that did not work out, so I brought it back last week. I wanted my money back, since I paid my bill off, I didn’t want a credit, I wanted the cash to use for something else. The customer service employee refused to give it back because I paid for it with my charge, but I had to put that money in the bank for it to be paid to Boscov’s! With everything going on, I think they should do want the customer wants, it wasn’t coming out of her pocket! I know this is long, but I want you to know I wasn’t a satisfied customer.

This company is horrible

This company is horrible. I ordered a sectional sofa on 2/9/20 with the promise that it would be properly delivered on 2/15/20. They delivered the 3 piece sectional in 3 different colors! I have patiently waited during the pandemic, but this week they again delivered the remaining pieces in the wrong color and fabric! No one will call me back. Everyone passes it off for someone else handle. I need my sofa or my money returned. I have elderly people on the floor and Boscovs hides behind their antiquated phone and delivery system. I could have had my sofa from Macy’s or Cardis months ago.

Amazing Company

I had purchased a piece of luggage from Boscov's online. It wasn't the exact color I wanted.
The problem was that everything is shut down in the Boscov's office.
I sent the luggage back to the company and it cost me $33.05 for a return. I was very upset:(

This Amazing company reimburse my luggage cost, and the $33.05 for shipping it back.
All thru emails.
That's unheard of. No questions asked. I had to show my receipt.

Even with the pandemic this Company's customer service is impeccable😊

I generally like Boscov's store

I generally like Boscov's store ! But over a month ago we ordered a recliner . Had one on the floor but said i could not have it ! OK, It will be here next wednesday . OK . Then they close up shop and I wonder what about my recliner ??, Told the lady it was for health reasons . Seems that the Place is shut down that you can't ever talk to a machine because it is full . But guess what ? The billing is not shut down ! Finally talked to some one there. who is working, but he sends me to some place that is shut down !! Funny have a bill for some thing i don't have and have no idea when or if i will get it . and no one to talk to !! Some one should have called us . A commitment is just that . The bill did not take time off ,And no one should be billed till you have received the merchandise ! Those who sent it did not take off . Glad now we did not pay cash !

Are you kidding me I ordered a living room Nov 2019 they said 3 weeksdlivery it's now 2 months a scam to reel you in Called today they have no idea where or when ,very disgusting way to handle business with customers , will cancel order. I've always enjoyed shopping at my…

I've always enjoyed shopping at my Boscov's (Easton, PA), but no longer. I find the majority of sales associates to be guite rude and as of today going to customer service this might be my last visit! They were too busy with gift wrapping and very rude to me to be asked to handle my layaway, so I cancelled it and it cost the store $400. The clerk couldn't get it thru so she called out the manager (Wilma/Velma) and she didn't look happy to have to go behind the desk to help. She was able to quickly get it cancelled but was also very rude!! And this is just the beginning of the Christmas season! Nope!! Beware Boscov's your business could go under too one day. I'll take my shopping online thank you.

Ordered on Fri, pd for shipping, FedEx doesn't pick up from them until Monday! Delivery expect 8 days later

Ordered men's work shoes online from Boscov's last Friday. Paid $9.95 to ship them because the order didn't meet the minimum for free shipping. Got an email with a tracking number. Tried tracking Sat, then Sun, then Mon. Said status pending. Called to find out what was going on. Was told that Fedex doesn't pick up until Monday. I asked what Fedex shipping method they used. Was told Standard. There is no Fedex Standard. I asked if it that meant 2 day; they didn't know. They told me to track it again on Tuesday. I did. It said delivery Friday. 8 DAYS after I placed the order. They didn't have his size in the local store. I would have been better off just driving an hour away to get them. Not shopping online with Boscov's again ever.

My favorite store

My favorite store! Very fair prices, especially for linens, household items, women's accessories, and furniture. I am a plus size woman and love their PJs and nightgowns, and undies. And, after a nearly 5 year search, I recently found a Spring jacket at their store for just $19.99!!
