Towards the end of the month, they always reduce your internet speed which I have been to multiple companies and not one of them reduces internet speed

I got the $25 for ever plan UNLIMITED talk, text, DATA ! your data runs out you are forced to buy $10 more data (they wont tell you that !) the data completely stops working, suppose to be UNLIMITED DATA !!!??? A complete LIE ! thats why I left tracfone because of data trouble, now boost mobiel is doing the same thing ! Now i have to look for another cell phone service that will tell the TRUTH ! and NOT RIP OFF THE CUSTOMER ! A Warning , DO NOT GO TO BOOST MOBIEL ! You will be RIPPED OFF ! to spend More money ! Boost sucks

Boost mobile wants to charge you like the big companies charge you. The only problem is , all of my phone calls are spam and there's nothing boost can do about it because they suck!
I contacted customer service and tech support. The number I have is a business number. I've had this number for 6 years and i'm keeping it! the only advice that boost gave me was to change my number! And that ain't happening , the only thing that's going to happen is , i'm going to change my carrier!!

I want a refund for my 2 months worth…

I want a refund for my 2 months worth of service. I didn't get unlimited data. I had absolutely no internet throughout more than half of the first month but yet it's just 50 gigabytes used on hotspot. And I know that's not possible because I didn't have it linked to my personal computer that long. My next problem is I paid for my second month up front and it's not showing all my account then I added $65 boost Mobile card it's not on my account I'm taking my phone to T-Mobile and I'm transferring I do want to refund in full I will send receipts your staff was literally not qualified. I could have installed my SIM card and got myself online and maybe 10 minutes and it took her over 45 where are you hire these retards? I like to add if you need someone that's able to do jobs quicker and a little bit more proficient I do live less than 5 minutes down the street I can be nicer but you know considering I just lost over $300 on your company I don't think I have a reason to be.

I got tricked into switching

I got tricked into switching. They offered me 100GB of premium data if i switched and I did. After a while of using the data they texted me outta nowhere saying that they canceling it and reversing it back to 30GB. When I contact customer service and asked them for a reason why…. None of them wanted to tell me anything and said that the ai decides when to take it away and that there’s nothing they can do. (Them replying doesn’t mean anything btw they still not going to resolve anything)

Misleading unlimited data claim

I fully understand throttling past the premium data cap, I've had smart phones since they came out. boost throttles the data so bad, it's not usable. calling support, they claim it should be usable for light browsing and checking emails but that is not the case. I couldn't even get Google to load boosts support number. GPS was totally unresponsive. emails took, and I mean this quite literally, 10+ mins to load. they should not be allowed to claim that my data plan is unlimited, when once I'm past 30gb it is as bad as dial up. I did an ookla speed test, after it took forever to finally load the page, I'm basically getting top tier dial up speeds.

edit: forgot to add the only solution they offered was me purchasing the $10, 10gb add on. they never attempted to answer my question, or even look into it. their solution was more money. unlimited jokes apparently.

Terrible service

Terrible service, I get maybe 3 Mbps download speeds during the day if I'm lucky while being constantly deprioritized behind AT&T's postpaid customers. My data is basically unusable during peak hours even when I haven't gone over my limit. The signal is so weak my phone is constantly searching for service which is destroying my battery health. On top of that they started adding hidden fees and fake bill credits ever since I started financing a device to make it look like you're getting a deal when you're really just getting played. And don't even get me started on the $10 extra they want just for hotspot that other carriers include for free. WiFi calling is permanently on because the actual cell service is a joke.
That's not a phone plan that's just a fancy WiFi finder. Next month I'm paying off my device, getting my transfer PIN and never coming back. Switching to a carrier that actually respects prepaid customers. Don't waste your money here. 0/10 would not recommend.

We were so sick and tired of…

We were so sick and tired of Comcast/Xfinity ripping us off we had to do something. I encourage everyone who has Comcast/Xfinity anything! to move to a less greedy business. We have all we need with our new cell provider, Boost. I encourage anyone using Comcast/Xfinity to move your TV viewing to Dish and your cell phone to Boost. Doing this, we went from $436 a month for phones and cable with Xfinity, to $165 with Boost and Dish! Do it! Blow up Xfinity.
