We started with BoostedHost about a month ago after realising we were being majorly ripped off by our previous hosting provider. BoostedHost was recommended to me by an IT specialist as he had been doing some research for me. Our hosting needs to be global as we teach children all around the world to catch up at school with literacy due to missed schooling or specific learning difficulties. We use a video based program and needed global coverage and efficient download speeds for the kids and their families. At my request as I am not that techie, BoostedHost took a relatively old website with a number of glitches in the WP software and migrated it on our behalf. They did a timely and magnificent job and even got some components of our website working that had been out of action for a while. They went above and beyond for us and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their communication, customer service and follow up has been excellent. I am so glad we took the plunge and changed to BoostedHost. This company is highly recommended in the new era of value for money, AI and the personal touch all rolled into one.

You can not protect my domain

they use local hosting and they are all pakistan using fake. they haven't return policy. slow and zero uptime. i used this hosting from 3 months but first month was okey after that they decrease my website or change my hosting specifications i don't know. but they cheat me.

I’d like to share my disappointing experience with BoostedHosting, hoping it helps fellow website owners make informed choices. From the start, things went south: my domain was frequently unreachable, riddled with 504 errors. These constant outages didn't just irritate me—they led to serious consequences. Google crawlers couldn’t index my e-commerce website even after 24 days of going live, significantly impacting my business’s online presence.

Checking the server status revealed another nightmare—high response times and a server often marked as offline. Whenever I reached out to support, the response was sluggish, taking 4-5 hours. The team would assure me everything was fine on their end. But as a web developer working daily on my site, I knew better. I even provided screenshots and screen recordings to prove the issues, but they wouldn’t acknowledge them, often deflecting by saying they were upgrading their servers—without prior notice, of course.

When I finally asked for a domain transfer, they lured me with an offer of 6 months of free hosting and a $20 gift, which they never delivered. To top it off, their site and emails bombard you with pop-ups pressuring you to leave positive reviews. This makes me question the authenticity of the many glowing reviews I see. In over a decade of web development, BoostedHosting is the worst hosting service I’ve used, even more frustrating than Bluehost.

Firstly, as someone with extensive experience in IT, I am well aware of how hosting services should operate. Clear communication is critical, especially when updates or server maintenance are planned. Proactively notifying customers about potential downtime—whether through your homepage or a direct alert—should be standard practice.

Regarding the claim of a malfunctioning script, it’s surprising to hear about this now. Despite multiple inquiries from me, this explanation was never provided until your public response. Additionally, the website remained unchanged and functioned well until frequent, unexplained outages started occurring. Whenever I raised these concerns, I was simply told there were server upgrades or that “everything was fine.”

As for the refund, I decline. The business losses I incurred far exceed the hosting fees, even multiplied several times over. I am simply waiting for the ICANN lock period to end so I can migrate both domains. Any offers of a “second chance” are moot; I’ve already exhausted all patience and trust.
