Edit: I got partially refunded

Former complaint: I am quite dispointed, I bought 3 sets a year ago (around 15 books in total) and all set came with a damaged book. I was not going to write a review because I thought it only happened with the first two sets, but guess what, I wanted to start reading this new set today and I realised this one was also damaged. On the shatter me set, the cover of the first book is damaged (you didn't need to take the title literally), on the plated prisoner one, there is an inprint on the title and partially the illustration and on my Once Upon a Broken Heart, besides they sent the wrong edition, there are literally two ripped pages which were later on "glued" with a blue glue but I still had to glue them. I lost my trust in you.

Really happy about the box set i ordered but it came a little damaged in the corner which is a little dissapointing and i had to pay an insane amount on shipping because they dont send outside of the uk using dpd. Also wish they would give better updates about shipping (unrelated but fix your email reply system i tried to send messages but they only bounced back)

Have previously used website with no issues. Unfortunately with my latest order the package never arrived and appears to have been delivered to an incorrect address (twice).

This was a birthday gift so I’ve had to reorder from Amazon, currently leaving me out twice what the gift is worth.

Have reached out to customer service with no update yet, but will update accordingly when I hear a response.

EDIT: Spoke to customer service on 2nd July and their resolution was swift therefore I’ve edited my rating.

All the books showed up on time and in good condition

It was a very fast delivery. The books were in the best condition. I will order other books there. Impressed that the books were not damaged, because they had to be delivered in Belgium. They were packed very well to have a save journey.

Very good product and service

I was trying to track down a set of books that were hard to find when I saw them available through Books 2 Door and ordered them. I'm in Canada, but the shipping was still quite reasonable and the books arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I'd definitely go to them again if I need a book from the UK.
