The staff are quick to respond and very helpful. My book order came sooner than expected and the books are good quality. Very pleased and good value. One thing I will point out is that you need to send the front cover, back cover and the pages as 3 separate files. Not like me who had it as one file. So took me longer to upload as I had to make that adjustment.

Our paperback books – which we are delighted with – arrived yesterday lunchtime. Excellent quality, and production and delivery handled expeditiously. Having spent a lifetime in design and print, happy to recommend!

This order was for a reprint of an earlier title which has nearly sold out. Everything was carried out with great efficiency and the books arrived very quickly and carefully packed. Product was up to the usual high standard. I thoroughly recommend this company.

A simple reorder of 2023 booklets. We ordered 850 booklets 3 years ago. The order was still on the system and it was easy to order 150 more. We increased it to 165 just after we placed the order as we worked out we had the money to order a few more. No problem, the team increased our order and all arrived together. Simple!

Straightforward web portal but backed up by an actual person which meant that sometimes, if it was easier, I could email material rather than upload it. There are useful templates on the web site, too, which obviously can be customised but they're a really goo place to start. The whole process was efficient and friendly. Finally (and maybe most importantly!), the quality of the printing and binding was excellent.

What can i say! I genuinely recommend their services, Emily and Sepera went above and beyond with providing all assistance needed, replying promptly to any questions asked, highly recommended.
