Regarding the MP3 downloading problem, it usually depends on the software. Some of them have a hard time recognizing the "audiobook" tag in the information files.

We noticed you wanted to use a free content but don't want to receive any communication. This could be understood, no problem. I personaly checked yesterday that you're out of any emailing process. But please examin these 2 elements :
- Trustpilot is a third-party company that is only asking for feedback about our downloading service. It's not marketing or communication at all. Their service is noticed about your order at the exact moment you passed it (and plans to invite you to a feedback page 48h later), which means it was triggered BEFORE you set up the opt-out details in your account, and acts in total independance after that trigger point. Maybe we should make it clearer by translating our Trustpilot invitation text in English.
- using 1 out of 5 note for that reason is like shooting us down. That brings our score down as we struggle as a small bookstrore with very high ethic standards, against multinaltional majors companies. Providing such a bad feedback, especially after you benefit form a free purchase, is really hurting us.
Could you please reconsider your 1/5 note and give us a better note that reflects the quality level of our audiobooks service ?

The ordering process is very straight-forward. The book is well organised digitally and loads onto Itunes easily. The narrator speaks very clearly which makes it much easier for foreign listeners to understand. A good product at realistic price.
