While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

BEWARE OF THESE UNETHICAL GANGSTERS

BEWARE OF THESE UNETHICAL, AMBULENSE CHASING GANGSTERS!!!!
Well, where do I start...?....From beginning to end the whole firm was in it for themselves and then in the end threw me to the wolves. When they were wrapping up my case for some insane reason they decided to fire my lawyer which i thought was VERY weird to say the least and then the new lawyer that they put in the old ones place was the WORST. From breaking not justone but a few aspects of the written retainer that we had signed to completely representing not my interests but the interests of the insurance company. THEY CONTINUED TO SINK TO LOWER DEPTHS by BREAKING THE LAW AND AFTER TERMINATING OUR RELATIONSHIP BROKE THE LAW AND CONTINUED TO REPRESENT ME AND THE CASE EFFECTIVELY CUTTING MY THROAT BECAUSE THE INSURANCE COMPANY CLOSED THE CLAIM. Here is a copy of tthe email dated NOV 9th
Rudy,
This is to memorialize our phone conversation from yesterday, wherein you expressed for the first time that you were unsatisfied with our legal representation, that we did not have your best interest in mind and that we were working with the insurance company against your interests. During the call you explained that I personally had something against you and that I never outlined your options during the case. Since assuming the handling of your file, we have spoken often via phone, text message and email, and ultimately you provided me with your authority to resolve your claim in writing via email correspondence. I believe our firm obtained a great outcome for you/your claim but respect your decision that you feel otherwise.
During the call you also informed me that you had filed a bar complaint with the WA State Bar Association for the reasons stated above and because you had contacted our office earlier via text message and I did not return your call fast enough. Since you claim to have filed a bar complaint, this creates a conflict of interest. As such, we cannot ethical move forward on your claim. We will notify the insurance company that we no longer represent your interest, will send the settlement check back to the insurance company, and will be asserting a lien for the time we have invested in the claim plus our costs. The insurance company will receive this notice and you will receive a copy as well.
At this time, you are free to consult with any attorney of your choice. We truly wish you the best moving forward and hope you are successful with your claim.
Linsey Pyles, Esq.

Then on Nov 11th they broke the law and submitted a release to the insurance company and tanked my case. Then knowing that they had messed up and to try and silence me they hired a law firm to threaten me with legal damages if I didnt keep quiet and also in a written demand from this law firm they explictly say that they will try and get a court order to prevent me from protesting this injustice (basically trying to strip me of my right to peacefully assemble). BEWARE OF THESE UNETHICAL, AMBULENSE CHASING GANGSTERS!!!!
