I've bought quite a few things from Bonprix including a swimsuit, jumper, dress and blouse and I am very satisfied with everything I purchased. On one shipment, I received an email that it arrived, but I couldn't find the package at first, the delivery service left it in a very hidden place under my stairwell. In the meantime, I called customer service and they were great! They telephoned me personally, twice, to make sure all was recieved. I had to make one return of a swim suit top and my credit card was refunded within 4 days.

Not good at all. Not sure if there have been issues recently, but when trying to pay for an item, I would get to the submit button and immediately be told to log in, again and again...getting the items elsewhere thankfully.

I ordered a pair of women's size 4 black boots and was sent pair of men's size 11 brown boots! The box had 2 different labels, one correct and one wrong!
Customer services at Bon Prix are SO USELESS it is UNBELIEVABLE! All they have said is 'they will look into this' That does NOT help me!
This is the 4th mistake by them this week! They don't even deserve 1 star!!!!!!

very unhappy customer. Returned the product and it has been like 2 months and have not git my money back. They are quick with replying but i do not think they are going refund back. Wish I could give them zero star. To all those reading the review, refrain from buying from this website. They are more like a fraud.

Horrible customer support. It's like talking to robots, they do not bother to read what you write (or don't have the intellectual capacity to understand it).

Their return process is horrendous and god forbid they accidentally send you the wrong item, because (unlike good companies that will then take it on themselves to make it right) they make you send the item back before you can even dream of getting a refund (let alone the correct item which, spoiler alert, they don't send you automatically).

Please avoid them at all costs!

Made an order three times. Every time it gets cancelled with no explanation. I have called them and they keep saying that they can not find an order in their system. Even though I have an order confirmation that I have forwarded to customer support AND I can clearly see the order under cancelled orders.
Not interested in receiving orders maybe?

I frequently order from Bonprix. 2 years ago the quality was super. But now its like wish or shein. I am very disappointed recently. Also their delivery cost is too high.

placed orders on the site. there were no problems before. after a few months the service became bad. constant problems with payments.I paid everything and I have all the evidence. They sent a letter to the mailbox that I had a debt and warned me about it. I didn't receive any warnings.The company cannot explain what exactly the debt is for. Each letter changed their information. in addition, one of the letters indicated that the fee was charged for some fees. they didn't tell me what the charges were.there are unpaid orders in the bonprin account, but I paid for them. and when asked why there is a debt, I was told no one could answer this question. send a standard text message - Thank you for contacting us.We can of course help you with this.
Unfortunately we do not have the possibility so send you a new invoice. We kindly ask you to use the following information when you make your payment.

3 months I ask. and 3 months result is zero.

Looters. Have stolen my money - 1380,00UAH. My client number is 0033447809. Claim for the refund since 05.02.2022. The company is dishonest and heartless!

Made a payment to Bonprix and accidently filled in wrong OCR/reference number. So they couldnt register my payment. Contacted them and was furious, but then noticed the number wasnt correct. So contacted them once again and told them about the issue. And they did a perfect job to correct the wrong reference number and gave the best support during the time: awesome communication, and they really wanted to help me out. Have earlier sent back clothes and there have never been any bad experience. Dont have any complaints! They are awesome!

I'm seriously confused about all the bad reviews here. I've been shopping here for years and sometimes maybe an item doesnt fit, but this happens in every store. Everytime i send something back, I get the money back on my account within a month. Coulnd't possibly give this place a bad review...

Customer Service? does not exist with BonPrix. Tired of this braindead company. The fact they still are up and running surprises me. Everything is garbage at this site.

I never thought that a European company could write formal replies to its customers. Moreover, according to the same pattern, repeatedly repeating the story about the technical difficulties of returning money. Correspondence with the representative of the company in Ukraine was also formal and had no result. For some reason, only the German Bonprix has such difficulties.

Good quality, good sizes, good prices.
