I wanted a brand new Fender American pro 2 Strat. I am very aware that there are a lot of fake ones out there so I decided I would buy through a reputable dealer. I rang a few places but when I rang Bonners in Eastbourne I knew that was where I would buy from. Dan Piper was very good with explaining the whole process to me including how there is a bit of a wait as the guitar had to be shipped from America and the fact that it would cost slightly more because it’s a left handed one. I was kept uptight to date though the whole process and when it was at the shop I had a good amount of time to go and collect it. I live 2 hours drive away but it was worth it for the piece of mind that I was getting exactly what I wanted. They had even set it up for me so that saved me taking it to my Luther. All in all I can highly recommended Bonners music and Dan. I spoke with other members of staff as well who were also very polite and professional. Great service and I will definitely buy from Bonners again.

The service I received from Toby was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. There was a small problem but Toby dealt with it quickly and politely. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bonners and I will certainly use them again if I’m in the market for further keyboard requirements.

Tim and Bonners have been very helpful and flexible when helping me purchase a piano. I initially went for a Yamaha model but found the action too heavy and was able to switch using the 14 day return policy. Bonners made switching to a Kawai stress free and were very helpful with my follow up question. If and when I need another piano, I would certainly come back to Bonners.

Brilliant! Sold my Yamaha silent upright piano B1 to Bonners. Got a fair price. Once the offer was accepted they subcontracted the collection to Butler Smith Specialist Carriers Ltd. They were amazing. Called to agree a convenient collection date.
I then completed the purchase form with Bonners with my bank details and collection date. Got an email stating they would make payment on the collection day. Butlers called to confirm they were 40mins to an hour away on the day of collection. The piano movers were amazing, so professional and really friendly- especially with my 14 yr old lab collie cross who barks half-heartedly at "intruders" then does inappropriate sniffing.
The piano hadn't been moved for over 10 years. Dust, Christmas Quality Street chocs and one of my dogs favourite toys were found. No embarrassment, the Butler Smith team laughed it off and continued with their professional movement of the piano. Wheelie trolley, ramp, back lift truck...
Before the van pulled away the money was in my account!

We recently purchased a high-end Clavinova CLP 885 from Bonners in Eastbourne which we are delighted with. Jackie in the Eastbourne store made the whole process seamless, which was extra-challenging as we live abroad and wanted it to be delivered to our London address. Bought a Kawai piano for our son. Very happy with it, it was a good price, colour and sound perfect level for him. He plays it everyday. We're glad we bought it from Bonners as it gave us piece of mind that if something went wrong with it we had warranty. So Far so good!

Bonners 5, Yamaha 0. The latter were undergoing a logistics transition when I ordered from Bonners so there was a lot of misinformation country wide about where stock was and why it hadn't shipped. The guys at Bonner's were as helpful and sympathetic as they could be under the circumstances. They only concern I have is the each visit leaves me wanting to spend more money.

I made two visits to Bonners to look at the piano's as i am just learning to play. On the 2nd visit I took my daughter with me for advice as she plays very well. On both occasions i was made to feel welcome and given time to try out the pianos that were suitable. The staff explained what the various piano's did , which made it easier to choose.

I traded in My Modx M6 for a Korg Pa5x recently with Bonners. I dealt with Jackie via email and over the phone, she was fantastic! I got reasonable trade in price and my new Pa5x was shipped to the Newcastle branch within two days. The staff at Bonners Newcastle were great, so friendly and helpful. I wanted to downsize from my Yamaha C1 grand and also to have a silent option, due to a house move. David at Bonners in Reigate was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to try out the pianos in my own time (felt like a child in a sweet shop!) and am delighted with my purchase of a Kawai K500 Aures2. The delivery company were brilliant too - quick and professional. Highly recommended!

I purchased a new Kawai baby grand from the Reigate store. The showroom was impressive and Emma and Amanda were very helpful. The first tuning has just been carried out (at 12 weeks) and I am pleased with the result.

Excellent choice of music instruments arranged in a way that makes them easy to explore and discover. Tom and the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable they made it easy for me to make my choice of piano. The aftercare was excellent too, with any questions I had answered promptly and concisely. Would highly recommend making the trip if you're interested in purchasing an instrument they stock!

We recently visited the Eastbourne store and bought a Yamaha CK88 stage keyboard (our second piano from Bonners) and are delighted with it.
The excellent Bonners staff were so knowledgeable and were happy to demonstrate the performance and features of keyboards from their large in-store range. At purchase, the various payment options were made very clear to us, so we were able to buy with comfort and assurance.
After sales service has also been fine. It's a shame we don't buy pianos on a more regular basis, as this is such a good company and good people to know.
