Great company
I have found Bondara to be an excellent company, I had a problem with the product I received, they resolved the issue and got another sent out and delivered very quickly!

First and last time I use this company
First and last time I use this company. Awful customer service never answer the phone. Took a week to answer my initial email it was only answered due to me leaving a voicemail. The company wouldn’t refund me till they received the parcel back from Evri which still hasn’t been delivered back to them despite me having no contact with the parcel. I needed up doing a charge back and the bank agreeing with me.
To cut a long story short I placed a order for it to be delivered to a pick up point but due to me not having photographic ID with a address the pick up point would not let me collect it. Evri picked the parcel up on 16th July the last known whereabouts 24th July at a sorting hub to this day still NO delivery. I was patient and polite very patient in fact and I was getting NO where with customer service basically I get refund when delivered.
They had NO interest in finding the parcel I tried phoning Evri and live AI chat both turned out to be useless. I understand they have TOS and policy’s to follow but considering I hadn’t touched the parcel I strongly believe they could of done right thing and refunded me instead of putting me through all that stress, frustration and hassle. Just awful experience I would never use this service again customer service on par with Evri.

Got confirmation to say order was delivered
Got confirmation to say order was delivered by DPD and picture sent, this was not my address or door in the picture. Bondara will not return my emails or calls spoke to DPD who say they cant do anything until Bondara get in touch with them so unable to speak to anyone to get it resolved and get a refund its an absolute joke

Item not arrived, no dispatch email sent, I called the phone number and could only leave a voicemail, nobody responded to me, ive sent 2 emails chasing my order and no reply. It's been 10 days now since I placed order, it said delivery would be 2-5 working days
