For the price they aren’t terrible. I got the 20 inch halo and it is soft and thick but it tangles VERY, VERY easily. This is a major downside as im constantly having to brush the hair out.

Went to Bombay to pick up some tape in extensions for my upcoming hair transformation. Leena was super helpful, and had so much patience with me as I was so undecided. After going back and forth and trying different colors I was able to lock down what I want. The atmosphere was inviting, clean , large mirrors and ample selection with high quality, hundred percent human hair from India. I highly recommend going to Bombay Hair in surrey. It’s a fraction of the cost to get your hair extensions this way! Two thumbs up👍

The quality is outstanding—super soft, thick from top to bottom, and blends seamlessly with my natural hair. I’ve been wearing REAL HUMAN HAIR extensions for 10 years…Bombay by far is the WORST brand I’ve tried. I’ve bought Bellami, Babe, Donna Bella, and JZ Styles. I have the genius weft sew-ins and they DO NOT hold a curl no matter what products I use or don’t use. They look dry and drab no matter how much I try to hydrate them…never again!

Thin garbage. Unwearable
I got some halo extensions to replace my old ones from another company that had been getting thin from brushing over the months. The bombay ones are even thinner and just not wearable.I can't return them because I opened the package to look at them. It won't let me review them on the website to warn people, so here I am.

Not happy with resolution
I ordered in late November. When the item arrived, the color didn’t match the picture. This is the second time this has happened with them. I decided to color it myself (only the roots) . The quality looked great at first, but after one wash, the ends looked very sparse and thin. It was supposed to be 20 inches but looked more like 18. I was told to use a hot tool to make it look nice. I shouldn't have to use heat to make the extensions look wearable.
Long story short, I wasn’t happy. It took a while—multiple emails, pictures, and videos—just to process a return. Instead of a refund, I received a gift card, which wasn’t an option I wanted.
This is the second time I’ve ordered from them, and I’m not happy. I won’t order again, so the gift card is useless to me. I want my money back because I’ve already purchased from another brand. Also Bombay raised their prices during the time we were emailing, meaning I’d have to pay even more even with the gift card.
I am strongly considering contacting my bank for help because this situation is very frustrating.
