A pleasant surprise
When I order from an on line place, I'm never sure that things will fit. Most places are in Asia and Asian women are usually tiny, so a 2x might fit Barbie. I was thrilled to find that this company lives up to its name. The tees are oversize and perfect for my comfort. And they are tee shirt material, not the silky polyester stuff so many turn out to be. And the sayings printed on them are cute, too.

WRIST CUFFS TOO LARGE
The cuffs on long sleeve shirts and especially sweatshirts are too large. The wrist cuff is the same size as the sleeve.

Paid for expedited shipping took longer to get here,only paid for it because i wanted them by a certain date but that didnt happen. Product looks like the picture but it is a weird material not sweater material at all. Guess the only plus side to it is that ill have them for next year.🤷♀️

More like Bold Overpriced
Terrible return policy, size was way too small for the number listed. Not worth the money, more like bold overpriced. You’re better off buying a comfy set of clothes that fit and having a local shop print it for you.
Be prepared to pay for returns or get offered a pittance of a discount.
Edit: Leaving my original comments up but amending the score to reflect that they did reach out to issue a refund. While that does make me whole, I do think the level of effort required does warrant a lower score than a 5.

The BEST customer support experience! If I could do 10 stars I would
I accidentally sent my order in before reviewing it. I emailed with customer service and though they weren't able to refund and cancel they offered me a 10% discount.
When I got the shirts the material quality was amazing! The shirts were 100% cotton and I wasn't expecting that. Unfortunately I ordered a small when I meant to order a 3XL. I was ordering these as a gift to my sister who had told me recently "So I'm actually a 4XL" when we were measuring to order something from a different store.
I asked if they could change the color as well as the size and they were so kind as to send me two black 4XL items and suggested I gift out the mistake items.
I spoke with Vivi, via email and she was incredibly responsive and helpful. This is by far the best customer support experience I have had in years.

Asked for a refund because the items do not fit, and I’m being ignored and passed from pillar to post! Over 10 emails completely ignoring me, offering me 10% or 20% when I specifically said no!

However, due to the lack of receipt of the product or relevant proof, we are temporarily unable to process a full refund according to the standard after-sales process. Good selection of T-shirts for larger folk. Colours are quite variable, the pink is awful tho. Good length and delivery an ok time. Expensive but hoping they do not shrink or misshape when laundered.

Loved the top but the emails…
Loved the top, great quality, my sister will love it! The reason I’m unhappy is I was receiving constant emails that were identical with no new information saying it was processing, everyday for 5 ish days, sometimes more than once in a day. It’s a bit excessive.
