Bad experience
It was the worst shopping experience in my life.
The website interface is completely confusing and unintuitive. Filling out the form was a real challenge — it was unclear what to enter and where.
Then it turned out that the information provided on the site was misleading. It said that I would receive a PDF file as a gift card, but instead I got just a plain text email, which looked unprofessional and disappointing.
On top of that, it was impossible to add a proper message or description to the gift card — only a few words were allowed, and there was no hint or warning about this limitation. No error message appeared either, so I wasted time trying to fix something that was not even explained.
Overall, the whole process felt poorly designed, deceptive, and extremely frustrating. I would never recommend this store to anyone.
