Never buy from this company!!

Never buy from this company!!! After several months of not getting my product with lots of excuses after having paid for it in full months ago, I cancelled my order and was assured that I would get a full refund within 5 to 10 days. Still no refund after more than 1 month and have had to invoke my credit card’s fraud department to try to get my refund!

Earth dining table

Earth dining table purchased from Bois and Cuir arrived with a defective leg that looks ridiculous (it is off by several inches) I sent multiple emails requesting a replacement leg and they refused, stating that this was normal. We are now left with a defective table.

This place is a scam

This place is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Read the reviews.

Better Business Reviews, Google, Facebook. Everyone complains they can’t get their item, and money won’t be returned. They kept $1,000 and wouldn't return it after item was delayed 9 months.

Straight up lying on their website

Straight up lying on their website. I would call it false advertisement (which is illegal by the way!).

Basically, they tell you that you will receive your order say end of October, but in reality it's end of December.

The only reason why we bought from them is because of the delivery date and they just lie to you.

And the customer service also doesn't care about you as a customer. Because you've already paid them money, right?

We are considering to just cancel the order and go to someone who actually respects their customers.

Worst Customer Service

I would truly believe if you are considering buying something from here that you go elsewhere. I ordered my product in September after speaking with their customer service about when I would receive my table, they informed me that it would be end of October. At the end of October I called them to see where it was - delayed until mid-November, mid-November comes I again have to be the one to reach out to them, only to find it's not delayed to end of November. This same cycle continues, I am now being informed I will receive my product in FEBRUARY. I have been consistently lied to by the entire company, even the Regional Director himself called me to resolve this and blatantly lied to me. When I leave a negative comment about my experience they blocked me and deleted me and seeing how little comments they have on their social media I believe they do this to everyone who says something negative. On top of all this, their employees are rude and condescending when speaking with you. All I asked was that if my product was going to be delayed I would like them to reach out to me, not the other way around and on multiple occasions they failed to do so. They are not an honest company.
