As a landlord of several properties i have been using Boiler Servicing 24/7 for the last 18 months.
I am pleased to report i have experienced both polite and efficient customer service from the phone operator through to the attending plumbers and engineers.
Communication is regular throughout visits, which has been a vital to me in particular when i can’t be in attendance.
In every instance they have explained what needs to be done before they carry out any work, and provided options according to budget when possible.
As a distant landlord, trust and confidence are essential when calling upon such services and from my experiences to date i cannot recommend Boiler Servicing 24/7 more highly.

Be very aware of taking a service…
Be very aware of taking a service contract with this company. I took one out in September 2018, they advised me to have a filter, on which I took their advice. £320.00! Then in December I called them out as I was having trouble with hot water. The engineer said it was a valve, which they don’t carry on the vans! He would have to come back. Next thing I have an email to say my boiler wasn’t serviceable anymore!!!!

Beware this company has changed hands…
Beware this company has changed hands but kept the same name phone number and website , booked my free service through them the other day , they did not turn up or even phone, spoke to a guy called Richard who said that the problem was a free service that was in my contract and he said he was just taking calls, I have since found out he was lying and he is part of the new company, do not deal with these people they are time wasters and will not help you, if I could give less than one star I would, they have dragged a good company's name down and they trade as Mypop, I am taking things a lot further from work. And do not let them reply with wrong company profile if it`s after February it`s them, the old company were good these are a waste of time, do not deal with, you will regret it.

the young man came to do a boiler service and he was very helpfull,he explained to me about how old it was,and i may need to have a new one in the near future.He did the service and i think he did well.

They fitted a new boiler for me at the end of last year. I've since had issues with the job that have resulted in periods of no heating/hot water. The quote included a years warranty with Boiler 24-7 and a free service. When I needed to use it, I have found out that the company has since been liquidated and reformed - same web site, vans etc. No notification of that at all and any ongoing repairs/services are now chargeable.
If you value after sales service and company you can trust - run the other way and don't use this company. Their previous Checkatrade membership is no more - BoilerServicing247
