BoilerJuice did not inform the supplier they selected for me (Western fuels) who had to ring me up and asked me for an email address so they could warn me of delivery.
This has not happened before. Why did BoilerJuice forget to tell the supplier the full details?
They did deliver it the next day without bother.
You also seem to love sending emails reminding me of the variations in the oil market, But I reckon I had about 20 emails from you in a week which is annoying. Your system does not seem to be controlled very sensibly and needs a tweak in my opinion.

People need to wake up to this comparison website they charge much more than your local supplier there is hidden admin charges so they charge you more then pay your local supplier to deliver it as if you went directly to your supplier you could have it cheaper.
This comparison site do not own any fuel companies and have you tried to speak with someone.
Let me tell you its very very difficult to speak with someone.
Your local oil company will speak with you and be glad to take your order.
Have you tried to get your money back

Pleasant delivery

I used boiler juice many months ago and had a poor experience and vowed not to use them again. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as they were good value fo money. I paid for delivery by 31st July. I was told that my order would be delivered on 27th July, it didn’t arrive. The same happened on the 28th July. Then on 29th I was advised that a delivery had been attempted and that we need a baby oil tanker due to how remote we are (allegedly by the delivery driver). We have had lots of deliveries by a standard tanker. I told boiler juice this. They said that there was nothing they could do and that we are due to be delivered by a baby tanker by 5th August. I told them that I will run out before then they didn’t care and said that there was nothing they could do, other than to strike this supplier off their list. They are a third party but cannot contact their suppliers and provide updated information and resolve issues as they arise. What use is that? I won’t be using them again.

Ordered oil to be delivered 7th August but got it on 28th July, so quick service. Delivery man was very pleasant and helpful.

Took order without any trouble. Delivered earlier that was estimated.

Oil was delivered by a very nice driver with no problem
