This company care nothing for customer service and experience, just about their own pocket. Paid for the 24/7 call out for 4 years - needed it twice in winter with no heating and hot water on a Saturday night - and couldn't get hold of them through any means of trying until the office was back open on the Monday. No apology, just excuses.

Ok my last review has disappeared like a lot of others reviews.
Ok am still without boiler since last Saturday after me contacted them last night 16.30 they told me required a flush and that’s something they can’t do . This says it all . Even after this is done it may still have a fault of which they Probably won’t cover as they don’t cover sludge damage or scale damage .so if there is sludge in system they will blame that as I experienced similar issue last year. A manager called am today as requested but I missed call so called back straight away and the man on phone was so rude and said he had people on hold to answer . I then asked if call is recorded and said yes and asked for call back from manager again of which I haven’t had . Will keep updated as can’t find anyone to flush system so will have to use there sister company for a new boiler at a huge expense .
Ok the latest is I managed to get an engineer out and a pressure switch was sticky . Got heating and hot water tonight. He recommended a system flush in case of any debris in system . Unit is over 9 years old and may go with a new boiler because my son has become ill and can’t afford for this to happen again .
Why pay £29 if they can’t fix and give a wrong diagnosis also they can’t service as no bookings available

Also ombudsman will be contacted ref the way and time delay in getting a diagnosis .
One thing they said I would get excess back but nothing as yet .
They have defaulted on there service and repair agreement and will be getting all monies paid to them since taking agreement out with them .

Used this company for significant Nest thermostat installation and then later for underfloor heating issue. Solved both. Superb service and kept me fully informed and did what they said.
