My cleaners followed the instruction and was extremely disappointed on how the customer service was not able to help resolve this problem. Now I’m looking at their boots and I am very sceptical to buy with this company due to my past experiences.

I cannot recommend the Bogner brand when it comes to customer service and complaint handling.
I experienced a disappointing situation regarding a pair of Bogner shoes purchased via Zalando Lounge.
Despite the shoes showing clear defects after very limited use, the complaint was rejected without any meaningful inspection or customer support.
For a premium brand like Bogner, I expected much higher standards — both in product quality and in how customer issues are treated.
It’s a real shame to see a company with such a strong heritage showing so little care for its loyal customers. #Bogner #BognerOfficial

It is incredibly refreshing to see a company ensure customers are still happy and able to get full use of their items even after 5-6 years of heavy use.
You have a life long customer here and I recomment to anyone with confidence

Recently, I received a legal threat from Bogner GmbH. Rather than a simple request or clarification, they led with legal threats. That says enough about how they view fair use, public discourse, and user-driven platforms. Not the kind of brand I’m inclined to support — or feature.

Absolutely awful!. I ordered a pair of black boots and they gave me the wrong colour even though the box said black. I wore them once and the spikes broke and fell off-just through normal walking. I also tried to sign on for the 10% voucher but never got a confirmation or a voucher. When I tried to speak to customer service `i was told it was not her problem and that she had done her job letting the back office know. Stay away from this store. It is luxury only in name. The products are poor quality and the customer service is indifferent and unhelpful. To Bognor, I sent TrustPilot data and photos of the boots and receipt, within the time period so you should have received proof of my experience. Please note half the experience was through customer service and is not recorded.

Order marked as delivered when nothing was actually received. It’s been over a week, and despite multiple follow-ups, they now say it will take 2-4 weeks just to investigate. They can’t even provide proof of delivery, yet they still need weeks to figure it out? First experience with them—and likely the last!

I am a regular Bogner customer: for example, 2 pairs of summer type shoes; 1 overcoat; I ski jacket: fleece jacket; gilet waistcoat; ski pants; and more. With the exception of the shoes, THE ZIP BROKE ON EVERY GARMENT!! On a casual wind jacket, the zip didn’t break but the square shape of the tag means it it permanently stuck in the round holes! GOD - how complicated is it to make a functional zipper!?! The ski jacket cost >£1200 at the time. I had to go to a seamstress in Zermatt (near Gornergrat station) to have the entire zip replaced. The local store were very understanding (“the zips are a common problem”) but I hadn’t bought the jacket there. To be fair, the staff in Bogner Zermatt were as nice as could be and I was angry about it - I would rate the store 5* if that was what was being reviewed here but it’s not. The PRODUCT is at fault not the shop(s). Better zips PLEASE Bogner! Sorry to the store in Zermatt if I was annoyed or unfair. Tony.

We bought several Bogner items at the Bogner shop in Playa del Duque, Tenerife. One item, a men's pullover, turned out te be of bad quality after a few days of wearing it. Because we live in the Netherlands, the first moment to bring it back to the shop and show them the problem, was after 4 months. They acknowledged the bad quality, but didn't solve the issue at all. They said, It was a customer problem and that was it.

As I work myself at a Fashion fulfilment service provider I feel bad about this.
We are used to surch for SOLUTIONS If needed….

Tried to buy few items online last weekend. Their site declined 4 perfectly good credit cards. 40 min time waste. Emailed them to fix site and reimburse me for 30 min of my time. No one even bothered to answer this email. Spoke to supervisor few days later. She said, I quote: “I don’t know what is happening there “. Us Bogner shop should go out of business, they are incompetent and rude people

During the Christmas holiday I purchased a great navy jacket from the Bogner store in Zermatt. I got back to my hotel and noticed a slight scratch on the front. I immediately went back to the store-about two hours later and a man with a pixie haircut, who I believe was the manager, rudely explained that they have only one of each size and the best he could do was offer me a tshirt if I come back the next day. He was condescending and terribly rude insinuating that I was trying to get a discount or some deal. He should have called another store and offered to exchange the jacket but refused to do that. I shop in many other Bogner stores where I have had excellent customer service so I will not be returning to the one in Zermatt next year.

The clothing might be very good, but the delivery and customer service is terrible. I was told by them that they take 3-4 weeks to respond to emails, they dont't provide any realistic delivery estimates, and their call handlers largely don't speak english, nor can deal with any issues (have to pass them to a back office). In short, don't trust them.
