Defective products
Some whey was ok. My choice for caramel chocolate, was my own choice due to a discount.
What i an realy unsatisfied with is with the elastic bands to extend your muscles. They are faulty chinese type. I have been using other brands for years, and the main characteristic, is that they flex smoothly, regardless of your height.
Extreme disappointment for a Whey company.
Priority is not the product, it's the duck.

Awesome product,
Shipping lead times sucks .
After purchasing,every time it takes 2-3 days before they even start shipping things out .
Online shopping 2024 is shipped same day or latest next morning.
For information, it’s local shipping and not international shipping.

I ordered a gainer, there is no spoon in the package. I don't understand how I should measure the amount I need?! It's not as pleasant as possible!

I can see from your order that you should have received one scoop in the box. This scoop is to be used for both Whey 100 and Weight Gainer. If there is no scoop included, I recommend using a tablespoon, as 2 heaping tablespoons equal 1 scoop. This information is also provided on the back of the bag:-) Have a wonderful day.
