Normally great company and fast deliveries. Unfortunately, on this occasion part of my order arrived damaged. Again, credit where it's due, the issue was resolved rapidly. However, had they packaged the order in a more cautious and protective manner, the damage would never have happened.

Poor customer service
The offer was buy two get a third one free. Due to my error of only placing two in the basket I only got two. I asked could the third be sent to me and they said no. I asked to cancel the order, this was not possible (although the order hadn’t been despatched). I was offered a token gesture of £5, instead of the free item. I have dealt with this company for years now. No more.
You can assist by honouring the offer and sending the third tub. That would be reasonable. But you won’t. I have emailed about 6-7 times now and you are not willing to resolve the issue for me.

Protein bucket was cracked and protein bars were melted badly, threw out the creatine as while it was advertised as unflavoured it made everything i put it into bitter and repulsive to consume

Protein purchased not useable.
Bought three 4kg tubs. One tub of protein was broken on arrival with 50% of powder spilled out. Did not even come with the free shaker as advertised. Not impressed.
