Worst customer service ever. Ordered 2 sets following the size chart and everything runs incredible SMALLER, the Medium size is like an XS. And not only that, the sizing difference between the two sets is amazing, they are not the correct size, totally sure they are wrong labeled. Customer service doesn't reply back either emails, social or phone. I need to pay international shipping to send it back which is more expensive than what I paid.

Very poor product quality, both leggings of my GF felled apart after 2-3 wearings. They DON'T respond to messages, emails and don't pickup their phone.

The products received have a terribly strong odour to them. Sports bra is see through and gives no support. The material of products are either really thin or extremely stiff and hard to move in. After spending $200 plus import fees of $95, you would think the company appreciates your business. Customer service is the worst. I contacted the company who does not respond to your emails in a timely manner, expect to wait at least 2 weeks for a response. Asked to return products (never worn or washed, still have tags on them) and have a prepaid shipping label created because of the manufacture defects. Their response: "No, according to our policy, we do not provide prepaid shipping labels". Save your money and time spent on this website. Lesson learned!

Body engineers.....Well I was quite excited to receive my items. I put the leggings on and they are completely see through. That'e even before squatting. The bra top was ok but the label where it was stitched it really scratchy and it can't be removed. Not without damaging the garment. In the process of trying to organising a refund but I'm only getting automated responses.
I'm glad some people have had positive results from their purchases but I wish I'd read more reviews before purchasing.

I have a leggings obsession. I own every line out there. I order online and out of country all the time.
I ordered from body engineers and after weeks of waiting for the 3 leggings one came with a seam not hemmed, big hole. Another had runs by the mesh and all 3 too small.
Considering it’s a fortune to mail back and after many back and forth emails I got blamed for the run because they were to small. Um no i didn’t even get them up all the way, I saw the runs as soon as I put one leg in. They were obvious!
Also, Susanna advised I should learn the size chart before ordering. Well Susanna maybe you should learn the size chart because a 25-26 waist and 34 hip is an XS on your chart! Which is what I ordered.
So the only way I can return everything for the next size up is if I spend my own money which would be a fortune for me in the United States and mail them back myself. No offer to pay for it by them.
Horrible and anyone that says this is high quality is lying or they are used to very cheap ly made clothing.
Not only that, what is that smell?!! I never ordered clothing that had such an odd strong smell.
Never again, stay away unless you want to lose money. Stick with gym shark or abs2bfitness, bombshell or lululemon. Waaaay better quality!

I really don’t understand the reviews people are writing! This company is great! Dispatched my order the day I ordered, arrived 3 days later from Holland to the UK! Clothing was excellent and I was really happy with the quality, called customer service to ask for a tracking number, got through in 30 seconds and they emailed me tracking number! I will order 10000% from these guys as the clothing is really really good!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They took my money, and still haven't despatched the order after 8 days since I have placed my order without any updates. They ignored my emails, comments and DMs on their instagram, and I had to open a case on paypal to try to get my money back. What a nightmare!

The worst Customer service i have Never Seen. You have tu pay for the sent back and they didn't anser for the returns and refunds. I have lost 90€ because of them. DON'T WASTE your money ith this brand, there are other really really great.

I was really scared to order from the other reviews, but there was a jogger and long sleeve shirt that I kept seeing on instagram and really wanted to get so I decided to just go for it. I had fully read all the return information and made sure I ordered the correct size for myself because I knew I wasn't going to want to pay to return anything overseas. Anyways, shipping took about a week and that's only because it got held up in Houston, or it would have been 4 days. Omg the joggers are sooooo soft and the shirt is also so soft and so cute! Both items were the correct size and they fit just fine. I would order from them again.

I am really happy with my recent purchase. I bought leggings and a top. Quality of the material is outstanding. Totally blows away most of the stuff I have bought in the US. Squat proof, true to size, sweat proof. Very flattering and definitely turns heads in the gym and looks cute. I know that is not why were supposed to be going to the gym but why not look good and feel great. It gives me motivation to get up and go. Thanks Body Engineering.

I almost didn’t order bc of reviews, but I wanted a set so bad I decided to risk it. I was super careful about sizing since I read exchanges are awful, so I can’t say anything for that. However I ordered on Mother’s Day and it was delivered through DHL three days later. It fits perfect and looks fantastic. I am 5’5” and 120 lbs. I ordered a Small Athena Camo kit in Grey. There’s a variety of textures based on the pattern (I got a highly patterned one with the armpit cutouts) and it passed the squat test, it also has great Tummy support. It’s not as nice as a Lululemon but costs half as much, and it’s nicer than say Forever 21 but it costs more, so I think it’s priced ok though my cheap self wishes I could get the quality for cheaper. I did get a discount and free shipping and now I’m wishing I’d ordered at least one more set. I wore it today and had more compliments than I’ve ever had on a set, also my butt looked 😍.

I don't know why so many bad reviews, but i ordered few times from them and i am really happy. And sizes were ok. Maybe just my tops supposed to be too small (ordered xs) but they were good. Two pants, two tops and trainers were good quality, right sizes and shipping to Uk was really fast with DHL. I am more than happy. About sizes, maybe girls some times squeeze themselves in smaller sizes than they should and then expect all brands to be The same))

Have to say that I personally have no idea why their stare score is so low - my order was perfect and I got answered by customer service concerning my delivery request. Nothing wrong with the sizing or quality!

The worst Customer service i have Never Seen. I advice you not to buy anything on tous web site. If the size doesnt set you or you dont Like the article you have tu paye for the sent back. This is the ONLY ONE actually.. I have lost 100€ because of them. They dont even try to find any solution

Their clothing looks great and I purchased an item after seeing a reputable instructor representing. I received the WRONG item and have been waiting over a week for a response in getting this resolved. Slightly disappointing for a company that is credible.

Don't know about the others, but my experience was great with the brand.

I mostly bought from them because I look up to Tavi Castro. Both the material and the way it feels on your skin are great. Wore a tank top for 5 workouts before it needed a wash. Not to mention it makes me look fantastic in the gym.

The leggings are ok. They don’t fit any better than any other brand that may be easier to get (ie major labels), they’re well made though and have a nice appeal.
I wanted to try BE as they looked great and I was hoping for a new fav brand as I’ve found a few through social media I now swear by. I ordered 3 pairs of leggings and 2 sports bras. They arrived a week or two later (normal for overseas shipping). I tried them all on immediately to make sure they fit and I didn’t need to return anything. One pair was huge on me, I checked the tag and realized was two sizes bigger than what I ordered - obviously a mistake by the shipper as I double checked my order receipt in email. I promptly emailed customer service for a replacement and instructions on what to do with the incorrect pair. The customer service was appalling. They told me they’d give me an online credit code for the cost of the incorrect pair (without tax or shipping just the base cost) and said to just keep the larger size. I can’t wear it so what would I need a pair that’s too big for? I asked about just a straight refund or to send me a new pair and I’d be happy to send the incorrect pair back. They said they’d refund me only if I sent the pair back at my expense. They would not refund or pay for shipping to correct their mistake. I’ve never heard of a clothing company not fixing an error! I understand me paying shipping if I ordered the wrong size, but it was their mistake as they sent the wrong size. I’m actually shocked they won’t send a new pair or pay shipping to return it. I’ll never shop with this brand again due to the unwillingness to own and fix their mistake.

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings from this place. When I first opened the box I thought the leggings looked great. After trying one pair on I did a squat and the ripped right away in the crotch area, the 2nd pair I wore 2x and it started to rip in the same area.

Not happy at all. Returned my item around 5 or 6 weeks ago still haven't got my refund. Received an email on 08/01 which stated i would receive my refund in a maximum period of two weeks.still haven't got my money back. Very disappointed. Quality is also very low. Never ordering again here

Don’t reply to emails or Instagram messages at ALL. had to call my credit card company to open a dispute for an order from a month ago that was never shipped.
